Custom Seafoods processed our fish so fast we didn’t have to get coolers to take it back to the lodge! Their quality was top notch and their customer service is second to no one! The bison meat sticks and their unique assortment of amazing souvenirs topped off the entire experience!
We utilized Custom Seafoods for flash freezing our filleted and vacuum sealed fish. Pricing wasn’t bad for what we had done. They said it was a 24 hour turn around for freezing, but on the last day, they did in in 4 hours. The last star was removed as they decided it was a good idea to start closing on Sundays in the middle of fishing season. We brought all our fish we caught Sunday afternoon to them, turns out they weren’t open on Sunday’s starting the first weekend...
Very friendly, helpful and professional staff, well organized and clean facility. High quality freezer bags. Had around 150 pounds of Reds vac sealed and frozen and zero bags failed which is way above and beyond expectations, would have been fair to expect a few bags to have failed seals.
Definitely my go to place going forward.
The other “popular” outfit down by the “Y”processed around 50 pounds for me and found at least 6 failed bags when transferring...
