Great place and service but way overpriced. Buy some ziplock at Fred Meyer and submerge your fish in the bag into water to seal. A box to ship and the freeze packs are available to buy at Fred Meyer
Front desk girls are absolutely amazing. Prices better than everyone else in town. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, nice, patient and when I own a company I'm going to steal her from Custom Seafoods and make her Head of Customer Relations. But seriously, she rocks.
I'll add this was the only processor that actually picked up their phones when called.

Disappointed that the bags weren't marked with the type of fish. Salmon was very easily distinguishable but the cod and halibut were not and could be very easily done with different color bags.
