I don’t know what kind of magic seasoning they put in their food, but everything was absolutely delicious! And the portions were VERY generous as well. This was a restaurant-quality dinner with all the comforts of home. 10/10 recommend!

Just moved to Kenai and found this place on day 4. Amazing owners who are so friendly and engaged with outstanding homemade food!! The atmosphere very positive and upbeat and the service was incredible! We have found our "go to" spot when we don't want to cook or just want a quick, homemade, delicious dinner!A true diamond in the rough! ??

Service was okay, a bit slow for "dinner" time. Portions are nice sized. Unfortunately everything from the rub on the meats to the gravy, it's so salty you miss the flavors of the food. We have been several times and it is their only downfall. But one that can't be ignored. Top round was full of gristle and the veggies have potential, but again. Toooo much salt!

This restaurant is one I've wanted to go to for some time. But I had some misconceptions about it. Like I thought that you had to call ahead of time to order and reserve the meals. But thats not the case. I had the bacon meatloaf and it had a bit of a processed taste to it. Which really surprised me as I was under the impression that everything was made from scratch. I'm not saying that is not the case or not possibleIt may have just been a bit more sodium than I generally intake or add to my own meals. The cake was a-mazing. The salad was also a bit disappointing as their ingredients could have been more fresh. Some of the lettuce was sub-par with some browning. Also, it seemed like it was supposed to have cucumber in it and instead it was raw squash (zucchini) not something I would typically add to my salad or eat raw. I have only visited this business the once. Maybe once I've been there a few more times I will be able to give a more detailed and helpful account of my experience.Parking: There are very limited spots and it can be hard to get in and out of the parking lot and it is a small strip mall on one of the main roads in soldotna. (It is located off of the sterling hwy) and there are multiple other business in this strip mall with like two skimpish rows of parking.
The entrees were delicious! The baked goods superb! Fast, friendly service! We highly recommend Dinners Ready.

Pretty much the worst food I’ve had on the peninsula after living there for ten years. Surprising to note how many people like the food given it’s unappealing look and bland taste. I could make something for myself that comes frozen/canned and it would taste better.
