Oh my word if I could leave a zero I would. I used to absolutely love their sandwiches and I was a regular. However recently it has gotten crappy. They are constantly missing ingredients or bagel types. Just ordered through door dash and we only got one of the two bagels. They didn't feel like letting us know when we picked it up so he went back in and they said they just refunded it without letting us know. The bagel we DID order had items changed. Every time I have ordered something things have been incorrect with my order. If I call to place an order they will sometimes FORGET that I ordered and only start making the order when I get there. Cashier didn't really offer to help, just kind of sat there. If my order is made right it's awesome but 9/10 times it is wrong or they won't make it. Not sure what happened in the last few months but not a great place to eat.

When I asked for his advice, he offered thoughtful options and helped me make the right decisions for my event. He never made me feel like a hassle, even though I knew I was giving him extra work. He was confident, direct, fast, helpful and friendly! The best part is that the follow through matched the service. Cozy little place with great food! My partner and I traveled from DC and this certainly tops any of the bagel places we’ve been to! The service was fantastic the person at the counter was enthusiastic and kind and the food was phenomenal! Coffee had a wonderfully strong flavor and the bagels were to die for! Highly recommend!
The sandwich I ordered is good but, theres not many options. The entry smells like urine, bad. There isn't many sandwich shops, let alone bagel shops; I will be back, I'll just hold my breathe going in. Chick working was nice. Dude making sandwiches seemed nice. The entry is just bad....very bad actually.

Do they make each bagel from scratch when ordering? I have no clue how service could be this slow at a bagel shop with a total of 5 people in it.
If you know your service is slow, say so before people order so they can walk out and visit a place that can give people their food in a reasonable amount of time.
