Have been ordering from this company for a few years. In the past, always happy with the shipping and quality of fish. This last shipment was supposed to arrive Tuesday. Didnt arrive till Thursday. Luckily it was still frozen. Can overlook the delay cuz these things happen BUT the red king salmon fillets were awful. I ordered boneless but got a call and was told they were out of boneless so I opted for the bone in. Apparently they needed to get rid of old stock because this was the worst salmon I've ever tasted. Finally had to give it to the neighbors cats. From now on I'll only be ordering the scallops and crab cakes which are still pretty good.

Contacted owner about salmon steaks. Tim the owner emailed me said they would be cutting them this weekend and he would give me a discount for waiting. Called monday to place order they had not cut steaks and did not know what I was talking about. recontacted tim. He barred me from ever buying from them again. Ever wonder where they got king crab when alaska stopped fishing them ? Russia baby.

The king crab was salty and some legs were so old they were soft. They sent me crab cakes with a use by date of 9-23when I ordered in 12-23. They do not respond to your correspondence. Buyer beware. Also all the king crab is at least 3 to 4 years old frozen. Ck it out due to large die off closed crab seasons.

I ordered some King Crab legs on Thursday. Got a confirmation and shipping date by email. Paid with Amex. Next day I got an email that my order had been cancelled because their system could not verify my personal information. My Amex was billed for the full amount and charged on Friday. I called them to see what they could not verify and they said it had to do with my address or the address of the person I was sending it to. They could not tell me because their system did not tell them. They said I need to use PayPal or ApplePay, yet they allow credit cards on their website. They told me a credit to my credit card had been issued 2 1/2 hours earlier and it would show up on my credit card in 2-5 business days. As far as I am concerned this is a scam. Do not order from this company.

Spent almost $900 and got salty salty I mean salty king crab legs. I love crab legs but this was like eating pure salt. Customer service sent replacement but still way too salty. This has changed my whole appreciation for sweet king crab.

I love chum Ikura, ordered the 24 - 2oz special, It is Ok, the PRO's are - FIRM texture for Salmon roe, kind of a cross between Salmon roe and Trout row, - Very low salt content taste,, - Size of roe is medium,, - Convenient 2 oz jars,CONS are - VERY strong Salmon flavor,, maybe because of low salt content,, which can be a very good thing if your watching your Sodium intake,, Caviar a bit on the dry side, ,, Did I mention strong Salmon flavor???All in all I am going to enjoy it,, don't think I will order this again, maybe some other items though,,,,
Great Alaska Seafood has the BEST Scallops on the Planet. My wife and I had Seared Scallops with Brown Butter Sauce & Mushroom Risotto with Shallots and Chives. What a Great Meal! There seafood is the Best!

OMG, just had the first salmon from my order. I blacken my Seafood and that was by far the Best Salmon I’ve ever tasted!! Usually order the King Crab Legs, but got these Salmon at great price. Decided to give this company a try, I order every year from another Alaskan seafood company. While my order arrived very fast and packed really well... i was not impressed with the products. NONE have packing dates or even a recommended use by date. These could be 10 yrs old for all I know. The halibut cheek package had a small hole which is fine since everything was frozen solid when it arrived. The quality of the products are not worth the prices IMO.I live in central GA, so my review is based on a frozen shipped order.

Fed Ex unable to deliver on time because of various reasonWe had insurance on delivery which was supposed to be in 48 hoursafter more than a week my son cancelled the order and we were told to expect a refundJust looked at my CC statement and refund was about 1/2 of original cost , when I just spoke to them they had a number of excuses as to why I did not get full refund...I paid insurance to cover that problem...it was originally the weather then FED Ex couldn't get into apartmentI would never order from them again and we order a lot of seafood from various Alaskan companiesand not sure what insurance actually brings to the table...be careful if you decide to use this company

Ordered the smoked black cod (sable). Flavor is excellent. but at least half the pieces (and you do get small vac-packed pieces, not larger fillets like you'd typically see at the deli counter) are tail pieces with pin bones. I expected at least a few thicker fillet cuts, but the thickest we received was maybe 1/2 inch. Would order again if I could request thicker cuts, even if they cost slightly more.
