Driving through Soldotna, AK on our way into Homer, we stopped for a beverage. Their root beer was very good. My husband had a beer flight and wasn't very impressed.

The French onion soup and rueben were very good. The IPA was also very tasty. When we arrived, there was a line of people waiting for it to open, yet our wait was minimal. Also, there is no added charge for credit card payments, which is rarity in AK. The service and staff were also very good and efficient. This is a must visit for us. One tab works at both the drink and food counters.

Friendly bartenders. There is a place to order beer and the food line is separate. Burger was good. The staff brought our food to our table, with extra plates and napkins. Variety of beers to choose from and two alcoholic slushies. The patio was dog friendly.

Don't even waste your time at Kenai Brewing company! Completely disappointed and quite annoyed by performance in this restaurant! We drove from Wasilla, AK because we were craving there burgers. Well come to find out their quality has changed since last year. Their menu only consist of chicken fingers and fries! Even though they had a sign saying they had limited menu I was still annoyed driving all the way from Wasilla to read that! I will never spend a dollar at that establishment again!
