Ordered breakfast pick up at 10:18am and was there at 10:35am. Was told they can't make my order because I was 5 minutes late and they can cancel my order. So I drove my hungry self home. Haven't gotten a canceled order email yet. If I can give 0 stars I would đ€

I was overcharged and supplied proof and promised a refund on Dec 4th itâs now Dec 21st and Iâm still waiting for my refund. The APP opened and assigned a âcase numberâ wanted proof again which I had already provided to the manager on sight the day of my order, the local on sight manager was great and whomever she called was like sounds like we need to authorize a refund it will be back on your card in 24-48 hours. This has happened at least twice now mightâve been 3 times and now the case says âClosedâ and I still havenât received my refund.

Every time we order from here, this allowed our location constantly forgets something out of our order. This is the one of the few times that we doordash from them and we are now missing three happy meals. I never have this issue at the Kenai location, it's literally only at the Soldotna. I'm pretty sure that they owe us like five meals with how often this happens. I do understand that I could be a doordash issue, however, when we message our dasher, they say that there wasn't xyz when they grabbed the food.

The lady working the drive thru is always so nice. The food is always good. I definitely recommend using the app to help save money because inflation has hit McDonaldâs hard.

I come to this McDonaldâs frequently due to me living near by and itâs convenient. Countless times now I have not gotten sauces with my meals. Itâs not even my kids complaining itâs me because half the time when I finally get to eat my fries are cold. Today I asked for sauce that normally wouldnât come with a meal and I got a kids meal. She added my sauce to the kids meal and said I couldnât get the other sauce for my daughter because of it. Then I didnât even get my sauce so we both have nothing. Itâs getting more and more disappointing.

The drive thru was very slow. Had to wait 10 minutes for our food that was slightly cold like they forgot our order. They apologized for how long it took but I was atleast expecting hot fresh food, not cold old stuff.
