We visited Alaska for a week and started seriously craving Asian food, so glad we found Pad Thai Cafe! It’s a cozy, family-owned spot with such good vibes. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, the beef chow mein, pork pad thai, and our favorite seafood tom yum fried rice which was phenomenal. The flavors were bold, fresh, and authentic. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving amazing Thai food!
We went during a Friday night during peak dipnetting season. A small restaurant, but the staff worked their butts off to get everyone fed. They had large portions. The tongaksu ramen was especially delicious.
Overall food was delicious. Definitely some good thai food. Only downsize was wait time for them to take our order and wait time for food. Only go if you have extra time on your hands and not in a rush.
