The Masala Dosa
They screwed up my pizza (added sausage to an olive pizza) and didn’t pick up the phone for 20 minutes when I called to order a replacement. I was on hold for so long that I finally drove back down to the store only to find there was nobody on the phone and nobody but workers in the store! As I didn’t care to wait for however long a new pizza would take, I just got a refund. Unreal. Never again.

Prompt on service but now I understand why especially when you get a leftover pizza made way before your visit or atleast thats exactly what one of our pizzas looked liked with dried out rock hard crust!!! How can you mess up an order when someone orders two large pepperoni pizzas and thats it??? Ended up with a bone dry thin crust pizza and a stuffed crust pizza and they where even different sizes!! How incompetent does one need to be before they lose there job at this place of employment??? Answer is, they really ain't no telling!!! Sad! Waist of $40.26 that is for certain! Guarantee I won't be eating at this Papa Johns again!!

Good deals too!Vegetarian options: Of course you can get an all veggies pizza! And those portabella mushrooms are the best!Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like pizza?? Other options available as well.

Okay so I want to give a shout-out to the team tonight who worked on my random Pokeball pizzas for my kid’s 5th Pokemon-themed birthday party! These were a hit with everyone! Thank you for being flexible and making it look so good on a short notice. They even called me to double-check if they should cut it into pieces because they were worried it wouldn’t look good and would mess up the Pokeball look—awesome customer service. They even wrote a sweet note on the box for my son. THANK YOU!! ?

Haven't had a Papa John's pizza for a few years as it seems like since 2020, it went downhill in the wake of covid. Thought I'd take a chance - this is how I remember it being! And kuddos to the lady running the place by herself! Thank you!!

Just ordered a pair of glasses from Vista optical next door and was feeling really hungry it took me longer to decide on what pizza I wanted then it did to make the pizza LOL I ended up with the works the smallest one because it was just for me and next week I heard about buy one get one free and of course I will get a much larger one I got home I had to reheat because of me living out in Kenai Alaska and they don't deliver out my way but it was still really good I enjoyed the garlic sauce and the peppercini pepper I will order a game that's for sure "The Works"? yum yum yummy and not just cuz I was hungry the dough and the sauce and the ingredients were excellentParking: I am a handicap and disabled person with two prosthetics and I was able to get one of the handicap spots right in front of Papa John's in the Fred Meyer parking lot in front of the buildings

This was our first and let time at a Papa John's. We are new in town, walked in and ordered and the redhead at the register walked away. We stood there for a few minuets then another girl came to take our order. Our card was declined, not from a lack of funds. We used another card and thought it went through since nothing was said by the cashier. 20 min later we find out its two for one on Tuesday so we asked to add another pizza since it wasn't mentioned when we ordered. We asked how long it would be and she did, " well since we never started your other order 15 min." We asked why and she said your second card payment didn't go through either. We asked, " why didn't you tell us we've been standing here for 20 min," she answered it was on the register tape. Well customers cant see the register tape. Absolutely astonished by the ineptitude of the staff we walked out and went to Domino's where our card did go through. Never again.

It was a convenient place to pick up food. They were quick and efficient. And they had great customer service. Some places in Soldotna take over an hour, but this place took at max 15 minutes.
