This was probably the worst experience we have had here. We ordered carry out. When we got home we noticed the crust was flat, the pizza looked old, and when we grabbed a slice, the whole pizza came with it. It was barely cut. The crust was like cardboard. The sauce was so over cooked, it was baked on. The only good thing about our order, were the breadsticks.
Don’t bother. Been 2 hours and no idea when or if order coming. Calling does no good as they don’t answer. Status on app has disappeared. First time this happened was willing to chalk it up to a bad day, second time was annoyed, third time is no excuse. This seems to be the standard business operation and level of customer service now. Done with Pizza Hut.
