We went to the Soldotna location for lunch. The waitress told us to sit where ever we wanted. After 20 minutes she brought us water, never said a word. After a 30 minute wait, we got up and left & won’t come back. It doesn’t cost you anything to be nice. It doesn’t pay to be rude to your customers.

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Nothing I would change to improve our experience. Everyone in our party loved their food. I, specifically, got the fallen noodle beef. Loved every bite, even if it made me sweat a bit (thanks to my chosen spice level). Definitely a pleasant surprise to find this gem on our trip, and I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Very expensive, no service, and the only flavor food has is spicy or bland. For over $20 for a small plate you'd expect it to not have hair in it either. Bubble tea takes them 10 mins to pour it despite it being 99% ice.

Knew the portion sizes were small so ordered double beef... it came out smaller!! So when I brought this up, they gaslit me and told me that's the standard size of their "double beef".
