My kids came in this morning and begged me to write a 5-star review for this Starbucks because we frequent it Sunday mornings for our screenless family time.I love our local coffee shops, but there are some crowds we like to avoid for our Sunday morning calm time, so we come here for that. Great service, it’s the one plus about corporate businesses—they often train their staff on great customer service. I also enjoy having consistent coffee, so we have no complaints!My kids want to come in tomorrow and let everyone know that “we’re your biggest fans!”.

The only bad thing, they didn't open until 9 a.m. I could have used that coffee at 5 or 6 a.m.. I got a cup at 9 and it was good, so was the breakfast sandwich.

I love Starbucks in general, but the crew that was working the morning of 11/17 around 7am have really raised the bar (literally) on what it means to provide quality customer experience. Their energies cannot be reduced to "quality customer service" because they provided an experience I will remember. The guy who took my order seemed like he woke up that morning to live classical music and rode a unicorn into a natural hot spring waterfall to shower. He was so energized and enthusiastic about assisting me and my daughter with pairing the perfect drink and breakfast sandwich combination. Starbucks Soldotna, you get 10 stars out of 5!! Plus, it was red cup day AND I used my Starbuck's card on the app to receive 2x the points! #Winning!!

It's Starbucks: if you're here, you know what to expect and you know what you're getting. The staff is always very friendly at this location, and of course the beverages and foodstuffs are consistent and enjoyable. Very nice new facilities; we like to come here.
