This place is authentically Japanese. They are incredibly accommodating to dietary restrictions including vegan and vegetarian! It is a bit pricy but the portions are huge!

My favorite special occasion restaurant in town. Really looking forward to my birthday dinner! The menu can scare you away, but it is totally worth the investment in an amazing meal.

The robot is just a gimmick there's still needs a person to hand your food to you. The ribeye is really tender. The price is a bit high for the food.

Brought my wife here for her birthday. I ordered the crab chips for my appetizer and they tasted like nothing aside from the sushi sauce poured on it. Couldn't taste any crab, cream cheese, etc. My wife's poke bowl had pieces of tuna that were inedible. When it came to the sushi rolls the first thing my wife picked up was the pickled ginger which had turned bad. Brown and dried out on the edges. Wife didn't want to touch anything else not knowing what else in the kitchen is bad. Had two bites of my sushi roll and was not impressed. Can get a better sushi roll from Fred meyers. The service and presentation was absolutely terrific, the quality of the ingredients was not. Especially for the price. When it was sushi exchange I would go there once a week for a handful of years with no issues. Sad they rebranded. My wife's meal was taken off our tab and I paid for my meal(two bites and in the trash) Was given two $10 vouchers for drinks and desert. Was not worth the money spent and won't be returning.
