Work. Service was excellent. Very comfortable rooms and excellent decor as well as an amazing sitting room and fluffy towels. Management is amazing super easy to work with and the help far surpassed my expectations.

Myself and a friend of mine had breakfast there and I couldn't even eat it waitress didn't ask what was wrong and she didn't offer to comp the meal . Wont be back.

After having breakfast I thought I should have gone to McDonald's.!!! Something as simple as breakfast should not have to be pre-cooked it was 6 minutes and my food was on the table in front of me
I had eggs bacon sausage, and one piece of toast (who has heard of one peice of toast ? ) the sausage was only cooked on one side. The bacon had been pre-cooked and was cold home fries also were cold . It would be nice to have a freshly cooked meal instead one out of the 5 items were pre-cooked. Honestly how hard is it to cook a fresh and hot breakfast.!!! from scratch

We chose this place because it looked nice from the other google reviews and pictures. We were 1 of two families in the whole place. The staff was very kind and the food came out immediately. I thought $20 chicken strips would be a safe call for my son. His comment 'these are decent trout strips'. Not sure if they were breaded with the same breading as fish of cooked the same fish oils but they were not good. The carrot on my salad was frozen. The clam chowder lacked flavor and seemed more like canned chowder than anything you'd find at a nice restaurant. This place had a high dollar menu and appeared to be striving for a classy atmosphere but the food quality was more that of fast food. Waitress was nice, I was sad she had to take the hit for poor kitchen quality.

Could be better. Bathroom was gross, took about 45 minutes to get the food. And coffee is such a big deal here, kind of ruined our food when the waitress served coffee with lots of grounds in it.

Very peaceful atmosphere, but that didn't make up for the over done work boot prime rib or the pencil eraser sized and textured scallops. We went on there with high hopes, but left hungry because our meals were inedible. We didn't bother complaining to the server because she was completely oblivious. You'd think 2 plates barely touched and refusal of a take out box would lead to questions.........

I’ve DoorDashed breakfast from here twice, and both times my order was wrong or missing something. I’ve eaten inside one for dinner and the staff was kind.

Stopped here with my kids because they served breakfast all day. We were seated promptly but then waited for a server for about 15min. Asked another server in passing for some waters. When our server finally came she asked what we wanted and I asked for water. She immediately got attitude, was rude and stated I heard you and I said it was already coming so what do you want to order?! Food took forever to come out, had the wrong items and some food was cold. She continued to be rude and food was less than basic. When the bill came they charged automatic gratuity for eight people when we only had two adults and four kids. The gratuity stated it was 18% but they charged us 20%. The server continued to be rude, defensive and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

We came in today, July 26, 2025 with a group of 19 people. We were seated and taken care of immediately!! The food was fresh and the homemade bread was fantastic. We will definitely be stopping in again during our visit to Alaska!!!
