Needed a quick stop for food on our way back home from Homer. This place was quick and delicious. The bacon jam burger was outstanding, hand formed patty. My kiddos ate all their buttermilk pancakes and the egg and sausage. The stuffed french toast was more like dessert than breakfast but still amazing. They grind whole kaladi brothers beans for their house coffee. Place was clean and staff was super friendly. Clean bathrooms too!

The food here is amazing. Homemade everything and amazing flavor. Better than any diner I've had in Houston area where we are from. I can't recommend enough! The lady manning the front did a great job taking care of a 100% full restaurant on her own, welcoming everyone, serving the food/drinks, and making sure everyone left full and happy. Would definitely go back.

Been on the peninsula for 30 years and remember this place when it was Suzi's cafe. This is the 3rd time we have walked in and walked out. Not a hello, not a welcome. No acknowledgement after 15 minutes. There is a great place down the street called Sol-agave who greet you and are happy you have walked in the door....unless they get new management, I wouldn't waste my time.

I gave it a 3 because 3 other people came in after us, two of them 15 minutes and got their food first. Not sure how. It it took 30 minutes for us to get our food. Eggs and biscuits and gravy.

The chicken fried steak was fantastic for breakfast. I worry a diner will ruin it with canned gravy...not this place! It was fantastic all around. We will be back!
