Stayed 2 nights here. The campground is clean and quiet. The laundry room and showers are clean. The cafe has delicious food for breakfast lunch or dinner. This campground is a hidden gem. It is close to all that Tok has to offer. But the best is the pancake toss every night. This brings the campers together to socialize and get to know about where others are from, how far they have traveled. This is a MUST stop!!!!

Mostly pull through sites. The pancake tossing game was a little strange, but we enjoyed it. We camped here two nights. We did not try the Cafe.

We found this campground after a last minute itinerary change on our journey to Anchorage, and it ended up being one of our favorite stays! From the first phone call to check availability to the warm check-in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The nightly campfire chat with marshmallows and the fun pancake toss was such a unique and memorable touch. The hosts were wonderful, and the breakfast was so good! Those sourdough pancakes were spot on! The campsites were clean, easy to access, and well laid out. 10/10 recommend, and we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you for a fantastic stay on our way to Anchorage!

We had a very nice site which was almost level but then again had I moved over little bit it may have been level. Very clean and maintained. I will be going back again on this trip we are on. I would go back here anytime I am in the area. The fire pit conversations before the pancake toss were very nice. If you missed the fire pit chasing you were still welcomed with open arms to the Pancake Toss which I lost 3 days in a row and won on our last night there along with 5 other winners.

When we arrived only the long table was left (it's a seat yourself place). We ended up sharing the table with two doctors. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them! My husband and I split the Miner's Special and had a cup of coffee each. We were full afterwards, which is a huge plus and much easier on the wallet. The store that they have there is also well stocked on souvenirs and gifts! We decided to get 3 limited edition full color sketches for only $35 from a local artist! Quite the find! Personally, you can skip out on the reindeer sausage.

Great place to stay. We loved how the owners make it feel like home. The pancake toss each night is a blast and you meet all the other campers. The cafe served delicious pancakes, biscuits and gravy and an awesome rhubarb pie. Highly recommend when you are passing near Tok!

Gravel campsites with decent privacy afforded by trees between the sites. We chose water and electric only for about $65. Sewer is about $10 more. There's an easily accessible dump station available at no charge. Showers are free and, although it's a plywood rustic facility, it gets the job done.

Cafe makes amazing pancakes but the chicken fried steak breakfast was really good. Unfortunately, the cook didn't understand eggs over medium... twice they came out very easy.

Nice spot for our RV. Had lots of fun watching Tim entertain at the pancake toss and man he makes a great breakfast! Definitely would recommend!

We have stayed at the Sourdough Campground twice while traveling to and from Alaska.
It is a nice place, run by great people with amazing staff who go the extra mile. We ate there twice and the food was really good, too. Don't miss the Pancake Toss if you stay there.
