It really hard to say why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. The bartender was very polite and quick. The US Navy arrived and the line was quite long waiting for those sailors but overall it was very good. It is “I have been there” kind of place, it is worth the trip.

Cool pub with ocean views and a great patio. It looks quite dark on the parking lot side but is a cozy pub with plenty of tables and a nice outdoor area with a fire pit.

I love Norwegian Rat! The staff were nice. The food was good. The interior was decorated well and felt comfortable and fun. Plus the outside area was beautiful getting to see all the mountains and water! Without doubt I will be back next time I’m in Dutch Harbor! Have a great day! ❤️?????⚓️?

We'll vote with our dollars and take the crew elsewhere for a while. They'll lose way more money than they gained by billing more than they should have. Food is excellent, servers are usually great so I was surprised at the server's uncharacteristic impudence. I'm polite and conflict-averse and maybe they won't even notice the loss, but I'll miss the food-- the chef is exceptional.

I was here in 2016. The people I was with recommended the wings. I'm from upstate NY and VERY picky. I wasn't expecting much, but the winds were amazing!
