No roast beef every time we’ve tried them recently. That’s like McDonald’s not having burgers you guys need to get your act together or close down.
I ordered two double beef n cheddar sandwiches and I get this BS? These are Not double beef n cheddar, they're singles!!

Insanely slow and can’t get SIMPLE orders correct.
We went about 10:45 as we thought lobby opened at 10 as that is what sign on door say and it said open on lobby window but door was locked a d could see people working in back. Tried calling no one answers . Went to drive through and asked for 2 separate orders for the turkey cobbler then went plank no one asked if we wanted anything with it or let us know the price so person I was with drove off. This is the 2nd time in less then a month we had a bad experience there. This in the one in Wasilla Alaska. I don't know if ever go again unless we hear from others that their experience was good. You need to get a better manager in there as things like this shouldn't happen. Last time we went our food that was suppose to be hot was cold. They weren't busy so no excuse. They need to get their crap together or need new workers. Bad management if you ask me .

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through which is typical for a dinner rush. Food was cold , was asked to wait outside the store to get fresh fries. Waited about 10 minutes till I went inside to get my money back bc all of my food was cold not just the fries. Am currently standing at the counter waiting for the last 15 minutes to get my money back. The ladies were short and are literally ignoring me as there is about 5 other customers behind me waiting to be serviced. I work in the food industry myself but being rude to customers regardless of how stressful the work environment is especially being the manager will not get you repeat customers . And the steak nuggets taste like crap. I wouldn't recommend them.

The rudest service in drive thru, had the windows shut in my face as I was trying to ask a question, when I tried to get anybody attention they hid behind corners and ignored me or just pretended to ignore me. They worst service I've ever had.

Everyone I interacted with in the drive thru need mood boosting mojo! They were all rude and put out not good vibes. Food was good and they got the order right

That guy that sounded like he was Texan at the front counter made my visit so very pleasant, peaceful and more enjoyable. Very friendly. Thumbs 👍 up.
