Arby’s, you can do better. Your acting assistant manager talked down to the staff. She decided to take over and when she did she threw all the sandwich’s that the other employees made in the trash. I ordered a French dip and Swiss . When I got home I opened something with celery and carrots on it. Absolutely disgusting. No stars from me..

I swung by this store the other day and talked to a gal named Kristen. When I was ordering food she talked very fast and sounded progressively annoyed every time we asked her to speak clearly. When we got the food it was ice cold and tasted like it had been sitting a while, this is unacceptable for any dining establishment and I expect this issue to be addressed.

Arby's in Wasilla Alaska is a very good fast food experience! If you'd like their roast beef sandwiches and maybe one or two other items like their gyros (no lettuce) and poppers you'll be happy. And that's the thing, as far as many of the new offerings, or this and that that they try, if you like their most famous sandwiches, the roast beef sandwiches, then you will always be happy here. If you do not like those sandwiches I think that there's a lot of potential disappointment. But it's like going to a hot wing place and deciding to buy a chicken sandwich, you will likely be let down. Otherwise it's consistent and always very good to feel that particular Arby's craving I highly recommend. Also the staff are usually very nice which usually means there's probably a nice manager in the mix!

We went about 10:45 as we thought lobby opened at 10 as that is what sign on door say and it said open on lobby window but door was locked a d could see people working in back. Tried calling no one answers . Went to drive through and asked for 2 separate orders for the turkey cobbler then went plank no one asked if we wanted anything with it or let us know the price so person I was with drove off. This is the 2nd time in less then a month we had a bad experience there. This in the one in Wasilla Alaska. I don't know if ever go again unless we hear from others that their experience was good. You need to get a better manager in there as things like this shouldn't happen. Last time we went our food that was suppose to be hot was cold. They weren't busy so no excuse. They need to get their crap together or need new workers. Bad management if you ask me .

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through which is typical for a dinner rush. Food was cold , was asked to wait outside the store to get fresh fries. Waited about 10 minutes till I went inside to get my money back bc all of my food was cold not just the fries. Am currently standing at the counter waiting for the last 15 minutes to get my money back. The ladies were short and are literally ignoring me as there is about 5 other customers behind me waiting to be serviced. I work in the food industry myself but being rude to customers regardless of how stressful the work environment is especially being the manager will not get you repeat customers . And the steak nuggets taste like crap. I wouldn't recommend them.
