Big J's did our wedding catering and when I spoke with my guests many of them said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! The food tasted wonderful, the service was top-notch, and no waiting. Communication and meeting with the staff before the wedding was easy and reassuring. Wonderful, kind, gracious service from beginning to end. Our son was married in Wasilla, 5 hours away from our home town, so I was nervous about arranging catering from a distance. Heather was amazingly helpful and quick to respond. The website is thorough and well-organized for selecting entrees.
