My mouth is soo happy right now!!!The combination of flavors was so perfect. The kimchi was lightly fermented, exactly the way I like it. The attention to even the smallest details of local, organic and sustainably sourced items was noteworthy! I loved the lavender hand soap in the bathroom and the quality paper products. Locally made napkins at the table, and so many parts of the meal being made in house! Top notch.I love that you can stop by, for just the bakery or the jarred goods, and honey, or soaps, salves, hats, and napkins; you can dine in as well. Perfect. It was a bit pricey, but chemical free, grass fed, locally supplied food always is. It was so nice to find quality, gluten free food. Having your meal not hurt, priceless <3
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced! Food is definitely not worth the money. How does a place like this stay in business? ??♀️We will never waste our money & time here again! It’s not worth 1 star. It deserves a zero but unfortunately that’s not an option!!!
Local food prepared well and often in unique combinations. Delicious! Always some vegan and GF options too.
I had the best pork sandwich I have ever had! It was so good I returned again with someone else two days later and again was super impressed. The waiter was really nice and pleasant to chat with. The owner was very nice as well, we thanked her as we scooted by the kitchen on the way out. This is my new favorite place! You can’t beat locally farmed and raised products. It has a cozy atmosphere where you can meet your work friends as well.
Delicious food and beautiful environment.
I appreciate the vegan and dairy-free options they offer. Everything I have gotten tastes great. My issue is with the customer service. I have called in the past and asked if they had vegan food. Instead of the employee on the phone telling me what the options were, they rudely said, “you can look online.” I got off the phone, looked online, and the website is down. I then go to their Facebook page. Nothing there. I just drove to the restaurant instead and looked at the menu and ordered in the store. I chalked it up to an employee having a bad day.Today, I called again to place a to-go order. I was driving and didn’t have time to go there, place the order, then wait for the order to be ready. The employee that answered the phone rudely said, “did you look at our menu online?” I told her I checked their Facebook and the website is down. She said, “no, Google Bistro Red Beet menu. It will pop up on a few platforms.” I said okay and got off the phone. I pulled the menu up through Google and there are maybe 3 options (but some could be made vegan by omitting ingredients). Why couldn’t the employee just answer my question over the phone? It would not have been that hard to kindly give me the options of the day. Instead, I got another annoyed employee that acted like I was an inconvenience. When I got to the restaurant, there were literally two cars in the parking lot, so the rudeness and urgency to get off the phone was certainly not because they were busy. That’s part of your job. That’s a part of customer service. I’ve worked in the service industry for 8 years. The rudeness is unwarranted. Maybe Bistro Red Beet should have a talk with employees about how they answer their phones.
Needed to find some goodies for a couple of vegans at my wedding reception, and Bistro Red Beet did not disappoint! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent!
The best GF place ever! Love there potato’s, great people and great food!
Fantastic food, best we've had in Alaska after a week long Roadtrip. We had the rhubarb bbq reindeer Sausage and green onion soup. Both were delicious.
Excellent organic, gluten free and healthy meals. Service was spot on and friendly. Didn't have the pastry but it looked great. We will be back.

Excellent breakfast and the best cup of coffee I've had in ages. Lots of cool foods in jars and bottles to take home and enhance your pantry.
This fun beautiful restaurant provides local produce in incredibly artistic and delicious dishes. Sally is a dear friend full of energy, creativity, and an engaging smile. Go for the food, stay for the friendship.
Was muito boazinha. Especially the French toast. My sweet husband liked the burger.
Delicious gluten free bakery. They had amazing peanut butter and ginger snap gluten free cookies. Gluten free jumbo specialy muffins. They also had a lunch and breakfast menu that was all gluten free. We had the apple and pork belly sandwich on the beat buns, the cheese melts, and the bacon cheese burger. It was so delicious we were half way done by the time we remembered to take a picture. We took the cookies and a muffin to go for dessert later. We couldn't believe how fantastic everything tasted and all gluten free. Thank you for a delicious lunch on our final day visiting family in Alaska.
Organic and vegan - not my kind of food. Kind of pricey for the quantity. Service was good, we were the only customers at noon Saturday! Outside tables were noisy due to the nearby highway. ACA accessible, nice bathroom.
