Today, 12.23.25, the staff waiting on us would not smile and was rude and rushed us while we ordered. I went up to the counter with my granddaughter and asked for a code to the bathroom and she said I c⁸ant give that to you and I said so she can't use the bathroom and she said yes but you will have to wait til I let her in in a loud and sarcastic voice. I told her if she would smile it would mean a lot for customer service. She started smiling and then a couple that left before us told her a smile looks good on her. As we left I said Merry Christmas and no response from her. I do not believe I will be back

I will never use this place again in Wasilla. If I want BK from here on out it will be in Anchorage. I love the food but this last time was it. I'm done. I can understand being out of a few items, after all this is Alaska. However when you are out of some things and so you try to oder an alternative just to be told that the machine is down and that it's too cold for a milkshake anyway? Yeah. Your service SUCKS! I took my family to Sonic instead and spent 100.00 there. Can't understand how this branch is still in business!

Check your burgers before you leave. Mine was raw. Also they dont answer thier phone.
To add to this they also seem impatient, and rude when you are ordering. But customer service.

UNCOOKED MEAT, UNPROFESSIONALISM AND OVERWHELMING ATMOSPHERE.

I had an online order to pick up, but decided to buy an additional item for my daughter because the drive thru line was not moving. The lady who greeted us at the counter was an absolute sweetheart— she seemed to be doing most things alone, and was even unlocking the bathroom for customers who were coming in to use it. However, the rest of the staff was very lackluster, and one guy spent more time peeking around the counter at me than he did preparing our food.

The initial woman informed us that our food would take a moment, which was completely fine. However, half an hour went by of us waiting. An elderly woman came in and spoke to another lady, who began to get upset. I did not care to listen on the conversation, but I did hear the lady who helped us telling the worker that she needed to calm down. The worker then proceeded to fiddle around with food before calling out a number to a customer who had already received his food. When she did not hear him well, he yelled at her that he already got it.

Although I agree it was rude, and I understand the worker was already overwhelmed— however she began to cry, yank her hair and scratch her head around the rest of the bags of food she was putting together. She touched various things like the fries and awaiting orders. The first woman told her she needed to cool off and step outside, to which there seemed to be a minor argument. When the woman called out that she needed help because the worker had stepped out, the rest of the crew began arguing about something.

Finally, the man who had been standing around and peeking asked who was waiting to receive their food. My husband stepped up and found out our food had already been done and bagged and was now cold.

He bit into his burger and advised me not to eat mine. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, and the burger was still pink and bleeding. Not to mention, we had witnessed someone messing with their hair and the food. We let our daughter finish up her fries before we quietly left the establishment. The original customer who had an altercation with the overwhelmed woman was still waiting and discussing an issue when we left.

The heavier set woman that works evenings is extremely rude and unwelcoming. We just needed to use the restroom and needed a code and she couldn’t be more rude and treated us as a complete inconvenience.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I go in to grab a burger and fries and drink, but wanted to use the restroom before ordering. Snippy attitude by the cashier...I mean there are better and less aggressive ways to say you have to be a paying customer in order to get the bathroom code. So I took initiative and spoke with the shift manager Alyssa via phone. Her attitude was even worse in trying to explain the situation, and she simply hung up. Franchise owners better take note: I love Burger King in terms of fast food, but I will never go to another Burger King due to this experience.

Ordered a sandwich cut in half through the drive thru - lady on speaker said she could give me a knife. I asked if they had a knife in the kitchen and if it could be cut there - she rudely told me to drive around. When I get to the window a scruffy guy who looks dazed, confused and miserable answered the window, I asked if my sandwich was going to be cut as I paid and he slightly nodded. After he returned my card he went to the kitchen, I thought maybe he was making sure they cut it. After a few minutes, and his conversation with a coworker in the corner, my food finally came - I should have checked before pulling forward because it was not cut. I went inside and explained that I ordered my sandwich cut and scruffy guy was rude and antagonistic, I asked for a refund and he argued and continued to be provoking. I continued to ask for a refund, he continued to say today not tomorrow, and threw my credit card at me. 2nd time this guy and his female curly haired cohort refused to fix or refund. Don't go here, they clearly just want to fight with anyone they can piss off. The manager came out but said nothing and stayed on her phone the whole time - ridiculous. I will only be getting Burger King in Anchorage from now on

I went in the drive thru. The grass and trees was taken care of. I felt rushed a bit. The food was good and fresh.

I went through drive thru and the girls at the window were really rude. I understand it's fast food and stressful, still there is no reason to take it out in others.
