If you order ahead on the app be prepared to have to go inside because your forethought which should make things easier for the employees is now your inconvenience.
I'm sorry I did not take a photo. I have not been to Burger King in years. I have fond memories of being in HS in the 90's scraping together 1.00 with my friend to share a whopper when they had then on sale for school kids. Tonight I was brought back in time. This location is still being remodeled. Looks clean and organized. I used the drive thru. A polite and friendly young woman helped me. I had double whopper with cheese heavy pickle, heavy mustard. Onion Rings, coke, and chocolate pie. She put the pie in a separate bag. The other food Hot and fresh. Pickles and mustard just right, and I must say exactly as I remembered BK. 💜 THANK YOU! Lady waited on me. So rude. Made me wait 5 mins to place order. Then she only opened one of 2 windows took card. She said nothing to me. Handed me the bag and also said nothing!!! I will NOT come back. Customer service is ZERO!!!

If I met a good waiter, he would calmly tell me the type of meal, but if he wasn't, the waiter would speak harshly, so I just left because I was in a bad mood.

We love the bacon king, my nephew even love it. And the lady there mama just makes our day better just to see her. My husband catches her happiness too.

They're currently renovating the inside, so strictly no dine-in for this Burger King atm.
Food is great, they cook to order so it might be slow on a busy night but well worth the wait.

Unprofessional. Not sure why management feels the need to be vindictive towards Doordash drivers for explaining how our contracts work.
Just because corporate tells you to do something doesn't mean drivers are obligated. Doesn't matter if you refuse to give me the food, I still get paid (because.. it's a delivery contract).
It's OUR customer that suffers, so it'd be wise for ownership to put the customer first.

Places a order on Burger King app. First time. There was no place to set a time for pick up. Once I placed the order it said my pickup time was an hour earlier then the time I placed it. So I called. The manager who answered was very rude when answering the phone. I said I placed a order on your app and it says the pickup time was an hour ago. The lady very rudely answered I have no control over the app. We will make the order as soon as it comes across. So I asked well how am I supposed to know what time to pick up the order. Long story short the manager would not give me her name lied to me three times that. One that she was not the person I talked to two minutes before. Two that they would make it as soon as the order came across their computer. Cause I called back two minutes later to try and talk to someone els cause she would not let me talk to the other manager that she said was there. That she told me two minutes earlier that there wasn’t any other manager there. So I’m five minutes two calls I was told my order had not come through and they would make it as soon as it came through to you can pick up your order it’s ready. So they made $40 worth of food in 5 minutes? Rude and I liar and food was cold and gross will never go back. I hope who ever is the owner knows what kind of manager they have working for them
They got the order right, that's 95% of it. ☺️ And the food was good.

Just delt with one of the rudest people ever. Total attitude from the start. Tried over charging for the 2 for 7 deal also. Rang them up separately
We didn't make it through the drive thru. The person taking the order was so rude to us we just left. We went to Carl's Jr after and their customer service was great. The person at BKs drive thru should not work with the public. Rude as F!!!
