Ordered a sandwich cut in half through the drive thru - lady on speaker said she could give me a knife. I asked if they had a knife in the kitchen and if it could be cut there - she rudely told me to drive around. When I get to the window a scruffy guy who looks dazed, confused and miserable answered the window, I asked if my sandwich was going to be cut as I paid and he slightly nodded. After he returned my card he went to the kitchen, I thought maybe he was making sure they cut it. After a few minutes, and his conversation with a coworker in the corner, my food finally came - I should have checked before pulling forward because it was not cut. I went inside and explained that I ordered my sandwich cut and scruffy guy was rude and antagonistic, I asked for a refund and he argued and continued to be provoking. I continued to ask for a refund, he continued to say today not tomorrow, and threw my credit card at me. 2nd time this guy and his female curly haired cohort refused to fix or refund. Don't go here, they clearly just want to fight with anyone they can piss off. The manager came out but said nothing and stayed on her phone the whole time - ridiculous. I will only be getting Burger King in Anchorage from now on

I went in the drive thru. The grass and trees was taken care of. I felt rushed a bit. The food was good and fresh.

I went through drive thru and the girls at the window were really rude. I understand it's fast food and stressful, still there is no reason to take it out in others.

We went through the drive thru, and they didn’t put any sauce in the bag. We had multiple things that needed sauce. I came back, parked, and tried to go in to get the sauce, but the doors were locked. It’s just after 5:00 pm… so I called because at this point there was a big line at the drive thru. I asked if someone would be able to meet me at the door, so I can get the sauce. She told me no and I’d have to go wait through the drive thru. I’m not sure why the doors were locked during business house, or why they couldn’t at least meet me at the door considering it was their mistake: won’t go back.

I placed a mobile order here, but when I arrived the lobby was closed and the drive-thru had a height restriction under my vehicle size. This left me with no safe way to pick up my order. When I explained this, the staff (Crystal) told me I had to walk through the drive-thru, which is both unsafe and embarrassing. Instead of offering a solution like curbside or handing it off at the door, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her.
Burger King really needs better policies for customers with larger vehicles or accessibility needs. A little courtesy and a safer option would have made a big difference.

I honestly can't believe that I was treated this way at a Burger King. They refuse to give us the food and when I asked why I was told that I had one minute to leave the drive-thru before police will be called. Never never never never coming back

Every single time we door dash from this restaurant they don't put any of the sauce in the order.. literally how slow do you need to be to not add the basic condiments as ordered.
If you order ahead on the app be prepared to have to go inside because your forethought which should make things easier for the employees is now your inconvenience.
I'm sorry I did not take a photo. I have not been to Burger King in years. I have fond memories of being in HS in the 90's scraping together 1.00 with my friend to share a whopper when they had then on sale for school kids. Tonight I was brought back in time. This location is still being remodeled. Looks clean and organized. I used the drive thru. A polite and friendly young woman helped me. I had double whopper with cheese heavy pickle, heavy mustard. Onion Rings, coke, and chocolate pie. She put the pie in a separate bag. The other food Hot and fresh. Pickles and mustard just right, and I must say exactly as I remembered BK. 💜 THANK YOU! Lady waited on me. So rude. Made me wait 5 mins to place order. Then she only opened one of 2 windows took card. She said nothing to me. Handed me the bag and also said nothing!!! I will NOT come back. Customer service is ZERO!!!
