As a food photographer I had the privilege of seeing behind the scenes. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the ingredients used . So much skill and care put into the baked treats, soo delicious! I’d highly recommend the Cafe on Spruce ! !

Now listen I’m a coffee girl, and This place is a hidden gem! Her cakes are a m a z i n g! Every time I come here, her coffee quality stays consistent- just how I like it☺️✨ She has amazing customer service and amazing food and drink quality, 10/10 would recommend. Other coffeee shops are inconsistent in what they offer. She eats everytime and leaves No crumbs ✨??

I travel to wasilla pretty often and am always a lil disappointed with the coffee huts, but I’ve found the one, food was so good, drink was so good, the lady was sooo nice and pretty quick for it just being her in there. I’m definitely gonna go back :)
