Every time I come here, her coffee quality stays consistent- just how I like it☺️✨ She has amazing customer service and amazing food and drink quality, 10/10 would recommend. Other coffeee shops are inconsistent in what they offer. She eats everytime and leaves No crumbs ✨??

I travel to wasilla pretty often and am always a lil disappointed with the coffee huts, but I’ve found the one, food was so good, drink was so good, the lady was sooo nice and pretty quick for it just being her in there. I’m definitely gonna go back :)

This Place. I hesitate to let you all in on my little secret but the truth is these people need to be famous because. Every single item that they make is with such care. I have had vanilla chai 1000 times from 1000 places. Same chai. Not from here. I dont know what she does bit it is so smooth, so full of comfort and just a hint of spice. I suspect its love shoved in there making it so special. The service is with the most beautiful smiles and kind words. This lady is so sweet. Now on to the FOOD cause thats where this place shines even more. All hand made. All of it - so fresh. To order breakfast burrito so fat its like cuddling a fresh little burrito baby hot off the skillet. So much sausage. All the cheese. Go there. Give them all your money and tip well because like i said. Sweetest humans ever running this shop.
Try this new place I found! I just moved to back to AK and to Wasilla a couple of months ago and found my GO-TO coffee hut. This is a relatively new spot but I am very impressed. The owner's name is Christina and she is an amazing cook. She makes home made items--really homemade!! I have tried her breakfast burritos twice now and they are delicious. She puts potatoes in them which adds so much flavor and cooks them in a panini press so they are nice and crunchy. I had the sausage one first, but the second time had her chicken one - which happens to be Kosher! I think that is awesome that she offers completely kosher items on her menu. I am not a strict Kosher eater, but know how good the quality of it is and appreciate how she thinks about all her customers. I tried one of her homemade soups that was more like a bisque and it came with a piece of omg bread! On top of that, she bakes goodies too! Not only is this a great coffee hut, but she is going above and beyond in having some quality food items. When she has the fresh baked goods, they go fast, so check it out early in the am. I love supporting new places and am glad to be living back in Alaska! How to get there: From E Parks Hwy in Wasilla--coming from Fred Meyers--take a right on Lucille, go up through the light by the Fire Station and at the top of the hill & red flashing 4-way light, turn right and about half a mile you will see the hut on the left. Let me know how you all like it too!
