We were there this evening as a party of 7. My husband and I got a drink at the bar while we waited on our family to arrive, and your bartender was fantastic. He was personable and the drinks were perfection. We were seated in Shay’s section and she was AMAZING. There was an issue with the grill so the steaks needed a little more time to be done correctly. We had 3 desserts comped, and were very impressed with the quality of food when it arrived. Between our excellent service and delicious food, we have found our new favorite restaurant in the valley. I’m just disappointed it took us this long to try it. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up, and don’t let any of your staff leave!! They’re incredible, and obviously well trained! My mom, in her 70s, loved Shay so much she gave her a hug on our way out. 🥰 Thank you for a great evening.

Want to start out saying our waitress Cathy was amazing and provided stellar service.

I went to dinner with my wife and daughter tonight. Wanted to order the american wagyu flank steak off the march freshsheet why i choose here for dinner tonight but our waitress Cathy unfortunately informed me they were sold out.

Took me a minute and couldnt decide what to choose i settled on the steak au poivre (same as my wife) and Cathy said shed ask the kitchen to substitude the sides for what came with the wagyu flank steak which was awesome as its what i orginally wanted.

I ordered medium rare and my wife ordered medium. Upon arrival my wifes steak was cooked perfect medium mine on the other hand right away could tell it was over and on the heavy med-well to almost well done not even close to med rare, even Cathy noticed and apologized and said shed go to the kitchen to have it remade. I heard the manager get involved and some banter/complaining from the kitchen (we were seated 2 tables away)

Cathy sincerely apologoized if I over heard anything from the kitchen staff.

The manager (did not get her name) brought me my new order apologized for the wait and not getting to eat with my wife and daughter and let me keep the original messed up order to bring home.

Cathy also told us the manager wanted dessert to be on them tonight.

We are repeat customers here and go here for special occasions regularly and will continue to do so I just wanted to leave a review for Cathy and the manager for taking care of us and the situation tonight it was much appreciated.

I called for a reservation 4 weeks before Valentines Day, which was also our 35th wedding anniversary. I talked to the nice lady and explained this was a special day with my lovely bride, and I wanted to make it special.

We dined here before and we were seated by the kitchen, it wasn't a good experience. I asked, "Please don't seat us by the kitchen." Can we have a window seat by the lake for our special day. She said no problem, I will write it down.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and waited 20 minutes before being seated... we got our name called, and we followed the lady to our table. Low and behold, we were seated by the kitchen! I said I made reservations and specifically asked not to be seated by the kitchen and asked for a window seat for our anniversary. She said we could not assign seats. there were two open tables by the windows. I asked to speak with the manager. They said they were reserved!
I we got another table and found out we couldn't order from the menu it was a buffet! Which was not disclosed when we made our reservation. We went to see what they were serving. It looked nasty! We left and had a very bad 35th anniversary.

We will never go back. Unorganized, profit, before service.

Here's a tip... try and Google their menu. It's like a treasure hunt. STAY AWAY!!!

They have two different menus. Sit on this side of the line and you get this menu. Sit on that side? oh here's a different one. We spent a lot of money (drinks and food) and I cant pick what I want to eat. We sat in the "Fine Dining" area. We wanted several item's off the other menu in "addition" to our main meals. I was quite adamant about what we would like but the waitress refused. So, I just ordered a $40 steak that was of questionable quality and a salad. Then just tried to get thru the night. Wont be going back unless they have a change of heart on the menu's. The only thing they did was keep me from spending more money. Bizarre!

I was looking forward to dining at The Chop House, but the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. Firstly, I entered a half-empty restaurant and was immediately asked if we had a reservation. When I said no, they told me I’d need to wait 10-15 minutes, which was confusing given how many empty tables were clearly available.

While waiting, my children were sitting patiently and eating some fruit. The manager then instructed the host to tell us we couldn’t bring their snack inside. When I asked if we could put the fruit behind their counter, the host seemed unsure and unable to provide a solution.

The entire experience felt unwelcoming and rigid, and it’s clear this is not a kid-friendly or accommodating restaurant.

Service and atmosphere are great but the food is absolutely horrible.
Burger tasted like it was old meat and it was under cooked/falling apart.
Spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it had hot sauce and cayenne pepper dumped on it. Steak bites were chewy. Only thing that got finished was the water and French fries. We will never go again.

We couldn't see how the food would have improved so we just chocked it up as a lesson learned. I appreciate the invite back but it won't be needed.

Freindly people and staff. definitely high price for plate size.
Worth a try but be prepared for price.
Food was tasty and unique.

The hosttess was a complete jerk!!!!!! She was older with dark hair and glasses, the little blond was nice. Or server Dominic made up for a rough start, he was awesome and the food was most excellent 🤩

A must try for date night! We had the bread service, it is so fun to try all of the delicious spreads on the best seven grain bread. My boyfriend ordered the Au Poivre and I ordered the Alaskan shrimp and scallop pasta. Both were well portioned, the shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful! The Au Poivre was a great steak, veggie, and mashed potato meal, the steak being juicy and flavorful. The veggies and mashed were both great as well especially trying it with the peppercorn sauce. The drinks were strong and the servers/staff were friendly and quick!

Food was excellent from seafood to steak to the vegetables. Had gluten free pasta!!! Tried the calamari as an appetizer which was perfect (had heard it wasn’t great in the past). Desserts were really good and not overwhelmingly rich.

This place is FANTASTIC! My partner and I shared our 2-year anniversary here and were more than satisfied. The steak was tender and decadent while the pasta was was so savory. The mac and cheese was lacking flavor admittedly, but everything else was simply amazing. The creme brûlée was also the best I’ve ever had. Hayden was an amazing server and I can’t wait to be served by him again!

Chop old fashioned was sweet even though it stated light simple syrup, and the mediterranean salad was sloppy. Joe took notes on what we ordered and got my salad wrong initially and never came out with the cream corn side. When the salad was remade they just stuck the same salmon piece on the new salad so it was cold. Not great service. The food would have been great but it fell short because of service.
