Everything is good here, but the ice cream is not cheap.

I visited tonight with my MIL and we were helped by Reese. Reese’s name tag read that she was in training- she was PHENOMENAL! Extremely welcoming, kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. She made the experience quite wonderful and I highly encourage others to go visit her if they want their day made! Great job Reese, any employer would be so incredibly lucky to have you!

3 employees in the building and only one helping the line of customers out the door. Customers are NOT a priority here. The one helping is fantastic but the others are prioritizing sweeping and singing over assisting customers. Completely unacceptable lack of urgency and empathy. This place needs a leader…

Ordered a custom birthday cake. When I received it, it had been decorated very poorly. The lettering was messy and slanted to one side, chocolate shavings loose in the tray, and the frosting was not smoothed out.
I ordered the cake a week in advance and it looked like it had been thrown together 30 minutes before pickup. I didn't serve the cake. I went to the store and bought an entirely different ice cream cake.

I had to wait 45 min for a milkshake they don’t prioritize worth a darn.

Busy and dirty is the standard for this Cold Stone. Staff is polite but people hiding in the back letting one person handle the rush is ridiculous. It’s usually always sticky tables and trash on the tables. It’s ice cream and tasty that outweighs the atmosphere

Tldr: staff can't be bothered to acknowledge customers or say "be a moment"Really desperately needed to use the bathroom. Husband was going to order ice cream while I went, however found that the door needs a key. While waiting not a single "we'll be a second" or any form of acknowledgement was made after what felt like an eternity (was really only like 10 minutes...but that's still a long time when three employees are all right there and looking at you just rudely not acknowledging you) Realizing that the time waiting should have been spent getting to the next nearest bathroom, and if I waited any longer I would p*** all over the floor, we left.
