Cold Stone in Wasilla is our go to ice cream treat. The ice cream is great and the selection of options allow you to create your hearts desire. U select the flavors, cup or waffle cones and add-ons or you can choose one of the many combinations that they have posted on the walls. Each month they have at least two special flavors with ingredients to choose from. They have a showcase with 12 different flavors and you can select one or more flavors or the listed combinations. The ice cream is rich, creamy and firm when served but be careful as it melts very fast. I have never seen ice cream that melted that fast except in burning hot climates. If you're picking them up to take home be sure to have a container to put them in unless you like to wear the ice cream. Even the cups with plastic lids will leak. The service varies by the amount of customers standing inline. The servers are always friendly and as efficient as possible. There is limited seating available so most is choose and carry or home delivery. Never have we tried home delivery because I am little Leary of the melt factor and time to deliver. They have a small selection of ice cream cakes, cup cakes and frozen treats in a glass refrigerator in front. I have had their cakes, cupcakes and some of the treats. They are very good but pricy. You pay for the work the staff has to do to make them. They have a loyalty program that you earn points and discounts on your purchase price. If you patronize them and sign up for text messages it can be very worthwhile. Parking is not a problem usually and it is free in shopping center lot. I highly recommend Cold Stone for the quality and price of their products and services. They accept card cards, cash and have a single bathroom used by all customers.

Tldr: staff can't be bothered to acknowledge customers or say "be a moment"Really desperately needed to use the bathroom. Husband was going to order ice cream while I went, however found that the door needs a key. While waiting not a single "we'll be a second" or any form of acknowledgement was made after what felt like an eternity (was really only like 10 minutes...but that's still a long time when three employees are all right there and looking at you just rudely not acknowledging you) Realizing that the time waiting should have been spent getting to the next nearest bathroom, and if I waited any longer I would p*** all over the floor, we left.

I went into coldstone today to get some ice cream and I met the four mostWell, mannered young man. They were all friendly talkative and were moving along the line very quickly and it was a very busy day. One of them was a real snack. I’m glad to see that coldstone has stepped up their game.

Cold stone is grest 99.9 % of the time but yesterdays trip was kina gross 3 of the cold stone employees were so high they could barely function that i didn't care about as much as the fact that all 3 of the employees had no gloves on not one time that did it for me kinda gross

Ordered an Strawberry blonde in a bowel and when I went to eat it , it had no strawberries and no caramel anywhere in it, I nicely asked the server that helped me where the strawberries and caramel was, because there was none, she was very rude and wouldn’t even try and help me, telling me if I didn’t like it , I could buy another one and that was all she could do, why are people so rude to customers and have no respect for their jobs these days. it’s a shame how some owners let their servers treat customers.

Super busy but the staff was great at keeping everyone movie efficiency. 4 choices for those of us that have latcose concerns. One was an almondmilk chocolate . Thanks we can only take so much sorbets before we go insane?
I ordered the Founders Favorite in a "love it" size. Sweet cream icecream, brownie, pecans, caramel, fudge. The picture is beautiful. The man mixed up everything so much that it ended up being chocolate icecream with brownie crumbs and ground pecan dust. Nothing like the picture. If I wanted chocolate icecream, I would have ordered that. The picture shows large chunks of brownie, large pieces of pecans, and drizzle of caramel and fudge in white icecream. It was like he put it into a blender. What a mess.

Have been here several times. Usually a good experience. But today, the employee stopped making ice cream, picked up the key to the restroom and handed it to a customer, and then went back to making someone's ice cream.No gloves. No hand washing.
