Clean restaurant and the food is good typical of any dairy queen. The staff works fast and orders are made correctly each time I order.

I don't know what I expected given that it's a random Dairy Queen in Alaska, but wow was the service bad. It took FOREVER to get served and to finally get our food. Literally just pick any other fast food chain in the area - the bar is so low.

Between the ppl that work here to the yelling at each other and getting the order wrong I don't think it could get much worse and the way the girl named laylani was yelling at the manager while the manager was helping me out on the order that was very disrespectful!! Never again

Absolutely slow service. The three in there were all working hard but overwhelmed! Management could be better. 30 minutes in line to get a DQ treat!

The service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes in the drivethru. I had a hair in my blizzard! I went inside so we didn't have to wait another 15 minutes. You had a girl in there yelling and freaking out. This was one of your workers. She was rude and terrible. I won't be going back. If I could give it all 0 I would.

And WHAT is that thing behind the DQ sign on the back of the building?! It looks dead...
Every time I go here it takes FOREVER. Today was no exception. After 20min waiting in the drive thru I backed out & went inside to see if my order was done. "It will be a few more minutes." I told them to cancel it and walked out. I will not be returning.

Stop in at 12:30 today. The young man at the counter seemed nice enough. After we placed our order, the team was disorganized. The gal made some snarky remarks. Finally got our 2 shakes and 2 blizzards that took forever. Our blizzards ended up being "watery" with barely any of the ingredients. To top it off, the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. They clearly have not been cleaned in a very, very long time (looked like a porta potty).
