The food and the ice cream was amazing and the fry cook made our food fairly fast. However, calling it "fast food" might be a stretch because we were the only ones waiting for food and we could see our meals sitting behind the counter and the staff wouldn't put it out for us to grab.
When we came in a boy with a head set was yelling “tell them we are out of ice cream! Do NOT sell anymore ice cream!” Another young man was mixing a shake and replied that they do have ice cream and he just didn’t hear him.We ordered burger combos and a peanut buster parfait.I went to the washroom and I could still hear the manager kid yelling while I was in there. My wife and I went by here today for the free cone day. the gentleman at the window stated that they ran out but offered us rainchecks and told us about a new flavor(peach) that will be available soon.Being in customer service myself for 16+ years, this gentleman hit the double circle on the target from MILES away. HE has VERY GOOD customer service skills/attitude. we WILL be back to this store.
