My wife ordered a pizza on 2/7, and not only did out driver call to ensure he was at the right place, the pizza was hot and fresh. Excellent!

No star from me, employee showed up, couldnt wait for me to call the store because there was a glitch on their website with payment, and she took the tip i had given her and didnt return it. I hope that 10$ helps. Trash service, trash food. They also have rats from the dumpster right outside their kitchen inside eating the food.

It's literally the best Domino's location I have ever gotten food from, friendly even at the busiest times, and does a pretty good time with the estimated time for the order to be ready after it is ordered.

11/16/24 4:15 pm Ordered takeout by phone, phone add states 2 med for 19.98 approx. I ordered two with peppers and beef, and one bread for $27.14 I confirmed the order and price with the employee. My husband heard the conversation. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. At about 30 minutes wait time I went into store, gave name and order. The gal checked the ticket on a dark colored box, then said my order was not ready. I noticed an employee with long dread locks hanging down in front of him while handling food. Waiting for the next 20 minutes or so, I observed several men and women not covering hair, some with it hanging down in front of them while preparing food. I checked my order. I was told I did not order two pizzas, only one and a bread for $27.14. I refuted this several times. The manager offered me another pizza with 20 minute wait. I asked if that will be with hair or without? He was not amused and said, We're done. I then showed him the law about hair and food preparation. Again he was not amused. I will be contacting the Health Department ASAP

I clicked I'm here in their app. Just as I'm walking in the door, the delivery driver was walking out the door for his next delivery. WITH MY PIZZA!!!!! I gave the person behind the counter my name, he says I just got off the phone with you verifying your address for delivery. I didn't order delivery and no body called me!! I only had 5 min allowed in my schedule to pick up this pizza. I ended up being late to pick up my client because of their mistakes!!!!! And absolutely no reparation was attempted on their end! No one from the store even apologized to me for the inconvenience! Personally, I feel my pizza should have been free!!! It was completely their mistake and it threw off the entire rest of my day!

I placed an order and it stated 28-43 minutes for delivery. I called after 1 hour because my order status didn't move off from prep. The girl on the phone put me on hold and came back and said unfortunately your order has been canceled, I asked her why and she stuttered a little bit and said I got a call from someone for this order canceling it and I told her that's impossible, while on the phone I get a notification my order is canceled, this made no sense at all. They just didn't want to make 2 pizzas? I went through pizza hut instead and pizza hut had the pizza delivered to my family in 27 minutes.

I placed an online order for the Wasilla Alaska Domino's location approximately 6:30 p.m. tonight and the app said the pick up time would be between 9-19 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later I arrived at the store and was ignored by the employees for almost 15 minutes after multiple attempts to talk to them. I finally had to scream across the store for someone to help me. During this time, multiple pizzas also almost fell on the floor from the oven because employees were ignoring it and it took another customer screaming at them to make them pay attention to it. After 15 minutes I had to also scream to get someone to acknowledge me after being ignored. This was now approximately 45 minutes after ordering. The employee that finally acknowledged me after yelling for assistance, told me it would be another hour before my order was ready, which would make the total time 2 hours when it said online a maximumof 19 minutes. If it said 2 hours, i never would have ordered. I immediately asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. This took 3 different employees to handle, and they were all rude. Then they told me it was handled and tried to walk away. I asked for proof of my refund and was told that they couldn't provide me with proof of a refund.

Food was okay. 2 hour wait time instead of the estimated 40-50 minutes. My phone died while waiting so I had to wait inside and the employees were 1. Really struggling so help ur staff pls, hire more ppl 2. Two grown adult men decided on the clock in front of customers was an appropriate time to shout over everyone trying to communicate in the kitchen about how much their kids hate them. And children are children so you can't blame them for their circumstances but when you go off about it like that the employees made it sound like they hit their kids.
