Between a year to two years ago, I gave a 5 star review, but in the last year, today being the 3rd time in a year of us getting donuts here, they are bland and oily each time. It was the pumpkin donuts last year, and today the 2 gluten-free donuts I got were so oily, they were inedible. Last year, I did call and the owner replaced the pumpkin ones for me, which we appreciated, but they were still oily, just not as soaked as the others. One nibble of the gluten-free donut today was like pouring oil in my mouth. I tried soaking the oil off with paper towels when I got home and it filled the paper towels. Then I tried warming them up and it was a mushy mess at that point because of all of the oil. One of my children didn't want to get a donut today because of how oily the donuts have been. My husband and one of my other children each got acinnamon sugar donut and they said they tasted plain as if they didn't have cinnamon sugar on them. Customer service is always great with politeness and welcoming customers inside. The shop is clean and I appreciate how books are there for customers to sit and read while enjoying their food/drinks. But the donuts are not worth it. The price is higher than we'd like to spend, I get it in today's economy. However, with inedible donuts, it's literally wasting our money. I can't stand Krispy Creme, but it looks like that will have to be the place to go now or Walmart or Fred Meyer. Holy Moley Donuts are the same way. Too oily/greasy. The guy had to get the gluten-free donuts for me from the back. Had I been able to see them befor3 he had boxed them up, I would have told him no thank you. He had them near to him on the counter by the register, so I didn't see them until after my husband had already paid.

Best Persian cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had and they’re huge!
Stopped in for a dozen & we sampled them all. Didn't love the vanilla sprinkle but that's probably my personal preferences. Everything else was amazing. I loved the fruit filled! Not too sweet. Well balanced

The new owner is great, super friendly guy and the donuts are killer. The filled donuts are great, but maybe a bit too much filling, so the donuts shine a bit less. The old fashioned donuts are awesome though, perfect.
Really good coffee too, not as overly sweetened as a lot of places do.

There was a young man working when my husband and I stopped on our way to work this morning. He went in for donuts and I waited in the truck with the pooch. He came back with our donuts and raved about the service he got while inside. He said he was so impressed by the kid working that he was blown away when he realized he was only 16. Keep up the great work, man, people notice and it will take you far in life!
