I wanted to love this place however o found it difficult to fully enjoy my experience. The waitress I had was Sarah, she was not very welcoming or inviting.. while dining it she also had her child running around the restaurant, while I am all for a family environment however a small child running around while people are trying to eat is slightly unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would be willing to give this place a try in the near future if they have better waitstaff up front

Just wasn't really impressed with the burger. The burger reminded me too much of a frozen patty (unfortunately have lots of experience with those) and it didn't seem like there was really any seasoning in the meat. The rest was put together well and I loved the melted cheese. Fries were good, probably the best part, but crinkle cut is the lower end of fries. Over all the price is just too much for the quality or lack there of. I wish them the best. Will likely go try their desserts. Maybe that's where the 5 stars are at.

Hands down the best burgers in the valley. The quality of ingredients and flavors remind me of how burgers and fries always tasted when I was growing up. Their banana splits and milkshakes are absolutely delicious. It has easily become my favorite restaurant. The service has been great every time we go. They seem genuinely happy that we are there.
Well the burgers used to be very good at the old location but ever since they moved the burgers taste like they were made a few hours ago,been at the new location twice. Last time I took my wife and kids,got the food within 3 min and all the burgers patties were basically almost cold ( like the previous time) idk Might be under a new management or something or a different cook in the kitchen. Very disappointed

The service is always great and there are delicious options. Last night we tried the Prime Rib Dip and it was a swing and a miss. The sandwich was too wet to eat with your hands and being served in a basket with a paper liner made eating it with a knife and fork less pleasant. Next time, we'll stick to the burgers which are always on point. Our favorite is the Sasquatch Shroom Burger. My partner and I love to share one of their burgers, bacon cheese fries and a milkshake.

Mediocre ,nothing special about it regular burger, ingredients not the freshest but it is hard in alaska. Run of the mill frozen tater tots and french fries, just deep fried in regular oil.. and a bit expensive for basic stuff..no signature recipes. Staff good and friendly
