I don't know what happened to the quality of the meals but last night wasn't anything I'd recommend or return to. I had the cheeseburger I've had before and it was AHmazing. Last night was a Townsite burger and that's not a compliment. The salmon Reuben- No. Just no. Came on a hamburger bun not rye- and cheese doesn't go on fish. The seafood pasta wasn't even a winner. Service was great. Gouda fries awesome. But we won't be back. You guys had us for every special occasion last year. It's unfortunate 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don't bother booking a reservation here, it will not be honored. We booked ours 3-days in advance for New Years Eve; "guaranteeing" a table. We showed up early and were told they were behind on reservations and asked if we were ok with waiting. No problem, we were early anyway. During our 40 minute wait, children were horse-playing in the lobby unsupervised, holding the door to outside open, letting in cold air, running around, shouting, doing what children do when left to their own volition. Our names were called 15 minutes after our reservation time, only to be told they didn't have any tables available in the dining room, and asked if we would be ok with sitting in the café on patio furniture they set up on the stage... what they deemed their "over flow" area. I guess that's what they mean when they say, "Your table will be guaranteed"... just don't plan on sitting in the dining room, or getting an experience that matches the $150+ you're going to be paying for a dinner for 2. We declined and hopefully alleviated some of the stress the poorly managed staff must have been feeling. I recommend dining elsewhere if you're looking for a nice evening out. Everett's wants to be "high class", but they absolutely miss the mark. Cheers!

Had an amazing dinner with family to bring in the new year! The fireworks on the lake after dinner were breathtaking Thank you for an amazing evening ❤️

Great place to enjoy a quiet dinner. The food was awesome and the waiter perfect. The ambiance was just right.

My husband and I took my dad here while he was visiting. Everett's is such a nice spot for a semi fancy dinner on the water. It's gorgeous during the sunset. The interior is super cozy and they have great decoration of antler chandeliers and Alaskan photos all around. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. For drinks, I ordered the polar bear and the winter warmer. The polar bear was sooooo good! It's a sweeter drink but perfect to go with a salad or something light like that. The winter warmer was good in flavor but MAN was it strong!! I even had them add heavy cream to it and it STILL did not lessen the strength for me lol. I couldn't get past a couple sips of it. It's very good, but beware its strength! lol! For food I got the beets and berries salad which was delicious and perfect with my first polar bear drink. My husband got the carbonara which he is now OBSSESSED with and will only order that dish lol. My dad ordered the halibut and said it was so good. It wasn't an overloaded amount but enough for him to finish it all and fill up! For the appetizer we ordered the smoked Gouda fries which ended up taking longer than it did for us to get our food so our waitress, Isabella, comped it and gave us a free dessert! She was so kind and the epitome of what customer service is. The fries, unfortunately, had very little Gouda only drizzled on top of the giant potato wedges and a mountain of green onions on it. They were still very good but should be labeled as just fries. This was the only reason it did not get 5 stars. For the free dessert we got the creme brulee which is always my favorite. They made it soooo well! It was so creamy and they used real vanilla beans which always makes this dish top tier! I can't wait to come back! Forgot my phone at home so no photos...this time!

We came in less than hour before closing for a quick dessert and coffee for my birthday. The spicy calamari and gouda fries were excellent, but my favorite was the creme brule... it was decadent and creamy without being too sweet or buttery. The staff were pleasant and let us hang out even as they were trying to close for the night. Excellent close to my birthday!

Hands down best service and food I've had in Alaska, food portions are good size and the quality of ingredients shows. Staff was excellent as well. Too many times we have eaten somewhere either in anchorage or the valley only to get plain tasting food with an expensive bill and regret going. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and recommend any to give it a try. Major plus on the lighting and music they have, very nice atmosphere.

We went here for an event for us, and the food was excellent, the service was great. Everett's did not disappoint, we would recommend them for any event and fine dining.

The seafood chowder was excellent, although the bacon-wrapped figs, with a raspberry vinaigrette reduction, were particularly impressive.

Service was mediocre at best. Food was fair. Room temp was chilly - ended up putting out jackets back on. Overall not anywhere worth what we paid.

The staff works well as a team and the manager Amber is top notch! Love visiting Everett’s, which also has some of the best Valley views!

Our first time here was in 1999. It's changed since then. It went downhill for awhile. It's become an excellent dining experience in an iconic spot on Wasilla Lake. I love the Sunday morning brunch during football season. It's a great place for Seahawks fans!
