Hands down best service and food I've had in Alaska, food portions are good size and the quality of ingredients shows. Staff was excellent as well. Too many times we have eaten somewhere either in anchorage or the valley only to get plain tasting food with an expensive bill and regret going. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and recommend any to give it a try. Major plus on the lighting and music they have, very nice atmosphere.

Service was mediocre at best. Food was fair. Room temp was chilly - ended up putting out jackets back on. Overall not anywhere worth what we paid.

Awesome, amazing, wow..... My husband and I went there for a date night, and even though it is an upscale restaurant we were pleasantly surprised it did not cost as much as we were expecting. My husband started off with the award winning Bacon Wrapped Scallops Au Feu and he said they were definitely award winning and absolutely delicious. He selected the house specialty Fish & Chips. He noted when he first bit into the fish all he could taste was the coating, but then the flavor of the fish burst in his mouth and he commented it was awesome. He also was impressed with the chips and their unique shape and flavor. I started off with the Fresh Steamed Clams and absolutely enjoyed the flavor. For my entrée I had the 8 oz. Top Sirloin with Garlic Shallot Butter topping, which was grilled to a perfect medium rare and the flavor combination of the bordelaise sauce, beef, and topping had me mmmm'ing the whole time. The sides were delicious as well. We were both impressed with the portion sizes, the atmosphere, the ambiance (they sit on a lake with phenomenal views), the whole staff, but especially our server Zach Pearson and unfortunately I didn't catch the hostesses name that assisted me, who both went above and beyond. The only slight bummer was they were out of the Burgundy Escargot. We highly recommend this restaurant.

For me, this is #1 Restaurant in the valley. Service top notch, their's salads made with most freshest greens! (ask to not put pickled onions) just my suggestion. Two servers, who work there longest in main dining, are the Best. My experience always pleasant. Most proper cooked shrimp, stake, duck. My favorite is Seafood pasta/ I order all shrimp. Marsala stake tips is another great choice.

Everett’s has a lot to love, with one key flaw. The drinks, appetizers, and venue were excellent. The service was fantastic, special shout out to the bartender (Rusty), who had the perfect balance between attentiveness and privacy. He also went out of his way to help my wife find a cocktail that suited her taste. He didn’t hover, but was there whenever we needed him.
The venue itself is located on Wasilla Lake and provides beautiful views throughout the bar and restaurant. In nicer weather there is outdoor seating on their deck, which would be a wonderful place to enjoy drinks and a meal.
At dinner, the appetizer Marsala steak tips were phenomenal, but the entrees left a lot to be desired. The filet mignon was melt in your mouth tender, but was not well seared or seasoned, relying heavily on the bordelaise sauce for flavor. My wife ordered the seafood pasta and found the pasta also without any seasoning or even salt. The seafood was all perfectly cooked, but all the clams were sandy and nothing was seasoned. The scallops were the only highlight of that dish. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, and that was excellent.
Overall, I would recommend Everett’s for the drinks, appetizers, and particularly good service. For the entrees, however, I recommend they clean their seafood a bit more and be less afraid of their spice cabinet. They have everything they need to be the best place in the valley, but their dishes need a bit more “Wow!”.

The meal was good and worth the $200 we spent on the 4 of us. However, this review is to tell you yo get the Creme Brulee if you want dessert. It was the best I have ever had! I would ask for a little extra whip cream and an extra strawberry 🍓 as well.

We had a wonderful evening catching up with old friends from out of town. The service and food were great as always! JR

Sous vide filet was very good. I wasn't a fan of the mashed potatoes, though others rave about them. Huge variety of food choices for dinner, from sliders to king crab.

One of the best meals we had in Alaska! The perfect end to our trip. The Macadamian coated Halibut was amazing!
