The barista working there could care less about me being there. I asked if they had kaladi syrup. Here response was I don't know what that is with a smirk on her face. They use kalatte brothers coffee. How would you not know that. She gave no effort to figure out what I was talking about. So I did google and showed her what's in kaladdi syrup. She shrugged her shoulders. Will not be returning there. There is so much competition in coffee. Really disappointing

I got an americano, and I kid u not the customer service was awful, and to top it off the americano was scorching hot and tasted watered down as if there was barely any shots, will not be coming back

The lady took my order, then took 2 more. Made the 2 orders after mine, then told me they were very busy. How can you serve the last person who oder first then the one who first ordered? Makes no sense. Then messed up my order which was just a simple vanilla beve. Very bad customer service! Almost 30min just to get my coffee. Very disappointed on the service i have received! Will no longer be coming back!

I found the coffee to be pretty decent, but my one concern is that not everything on this menu is driver friendly. Most of the time, the parking is sparse. I got a Sundae and it didn't fit into my car container console (what is that called? It's where I put my cups.) so I had to hold my Sundae in one hand and look for a parking spot and steer with my other. I had no one else in my car to hold it for me.
Their standard Sundae seems to be caramel, not chocolate. This is fine, but I wish that they would say that on their menu. Some things are better ordered in the restaurant: park and go in.
If I am on KGB Road, I'm usually on my way to someplace else and I don't have time to go in. No more special treats for me, I will be just having coffee and that is totally okay.
Very inconsistent and disappointing. I was told they wouldn’t make me an Americano at 10 minutes to close while they were making coffee for someone in the drive thru. Don’t waste your time stopping.

ordered a simple burger and fried didn't abide by order and gave me scolding hot fries that were raw inside and a undercooked burger with no attention to what was asked for. 0/10 don't recommend unless an adult starts working...

Every time I’ve went, they have always made my drinks wrong. /: today I was really looking forward to my iced white mocha from having a bad day and it wasn’t a white mocha. I didn’t want to have them remake it cause I was already having a bad day and just wanted to cry so I left disappointed.
I know not an excuse to not have them remake it but when your already down in the dumps, you just don’t want to be disappointed anymore than you already are.
