It's generally a 5 star experience. I love their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.On my last visit, my coffee partner didn't get the drink she ordered, 20 Oz latte. She got a 16.When mentioned to the staff they were perplexed, she showed her receipt and said just give me 2 shots to add to this one, in a few minutes.That didn't happen. 45 minutes later, I went and asked for the shots and the staff were perplexed.She got the shots, finally.
Usually we love coming here! Sadly, we had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid our tip in advance (unfortunately) otherwise I wouldn’t even bother tipping.
Absolutely horrible coffee. Just drive right by and let my coffee be a little bit faster or my amazing breakfast sandwiches that are super cheap. Don't even bother going to this hidden local spot. Don't say hi to my girls who always have a smile. Just drive by please...
