Fast, clean, awesome service, great prices!! My family loves Hacienda!
To start we were brought straws not wrapped. She carried them over by the mouthpiece with bare hands.
The salsa is some of the worst I’ve had, to add also the smallest portion I’ve had.
Service is pretty slow, but they’re not rude or anything.
Food is overpriced for the portions.

Not a great experience. First we were ushered to squeeze between a party table and a wall. Once I found something gluten-free (though not listed on the menu) it came out burnt. 90% of the chips had nothing on them. Salsa was nasty.

This is a fantastic place for great food and even better service. My server, Rebecca, was an absolute gem! She was so attentive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed and always with a warm smile. The hostess, Emery, was also wonderful. She greeted us with such a friendly demeanor and got us seated quickly. The food was delicious, but the exceptional service from Rebecca and Emery truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend Hacienda and can't wait to go back!

If you enjoy bland Mexican food, this is the place for you! The waitress did a good job, but unfortunately, the cook dropped the ball. Also, not the cleanest restaurant. On a positive note, there's plenty of room for improvement.

Really a basic hacienda type restaurant found anywhere. Food was typical Mexican fare, but fresh and hot. Our server was good a frequented our table often. No crowds and we were seated immediately. We were, however, seated next to a loud older group of women who were obnoxiously loud.

Food was good. Service was not good by the waitress Rebecca.I ordered the wrong number and got it straightened out and went to tell the waitress about it and she was on her cell phone. The Bus girl was very good.Very prompt and attentive always making sure if we needed more coke which tasted flat. She made sure we had more chips and salsa…

Classic and reliable food. We especially love the days that kids eat free. The margaritas are some of the best in the valley, and worth every penny! Do yourself a favor and get any combo that comes with a Chile relleno!

Rude waitress and an uncooked quesadilla. I asked for my quesadilla to be sent back as the meat was PINK and the waitress gently refused to send it back and said it was “boiled this morning” and they just reheat it and said “you weren’t the only person who complained about it” and was just rude to me and my friends when serving us drinks. Messing up on a quesadilla is unbelievable, if I wanted a shitty quesadilla and an overpriced drink I could’ve just stayed home.

You used premade pot roast for your beef everything. The beer was warm with the cold glass you asked for and it was warm. Over all it really sucked.
