Your app defaulted to tortilla sandwiches only and didn’t specify that’s all you are looking at (why would you even think it would come in anything but bread) and now I have a tortilla sandwich I online ordered and it’s because your store ran out of bread and your app only let us order tortillas sandwiches but it doesn’t clarify or point out that your not getting a sandwich, you will be painfully surprised to see a very untraditional burrito.

I came in just now for myself 15 minutes before close for a Philly to satisfy a pregnancy craving. They told me that they had already turned off the machine. While I don’t necessarily think that’s appropriate anyway I told them “no worries sorry about that have a great night” as I’m walking out of with my sister, they start talking and laughing and looking at us as we leave.
It was unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for considering I was kind about the inconvenience.
Don’t usually have a problem although I don’t think I will be coming back.

The subs are great. They stick on way too much lettuce and oil and vinegar. I usually have to say just a little and it’s good. Need more employees in the front to pay attention were customers are waiting for their subs to be made… I noticed an employee came in and right away she went to work on orders to go or waiting and there was not too many to make ,when she should have been helping customers first at the front who were waiting in line to order…Need more Dining room…

This place runs smooth and for such a young staff they were on top of their game. Food was great and the line moved real quick.

Order my food online for pick up. Went in on time to pick up my order and They hadnt even started making. Then left me standing there for 10 mins before i had to request someone make my pick up order. Not a single customer was in line at the time. Very fustrating.

The food here is insanely good. Every sandwich is custom made, to-order. Alternatively, they have a list of specials that caters to a wide variety of appetites and preferences. They are on the pricy side, however.

Chicken Kahuna is my favorite! Clean and friendly. I've been to several states, and they stay consistent, which is nice!
