I love Kaladi’s Coffee, and honestly they have the best coffee around. But the Wasilla location is unfriendly and seems like they could care less about interacting with their customers. They’ve never greeted me when I walk in and every time I visit they are very cold and seem condescending when I order my drink. It’s such a shame too because I love the coffee so much! My friends and family have had the same experiences as well at this location. I hope in the future it will be a more welcoming environment.

I come here on occasion and every single time the servers act like they can’t be bothered. I know you don’t have to be nice to people but just fake it please. It’s too expensive to be treated like I’m wasting your time.

Great place to get a matcha latte! Quick service and a very friendly atmosphere. There are many local artists advertised on the walls, free books near the door, and just a very community-focused place.
