The crust was mildly sweet, and I loved it. The cheese was fresh and didn't feel overly processed. There was plenty of sauce without the topping sliding off immediately. The toppings were quality and not over bearing. We got the pickle pizza, and I will absolutely be doin it again.

Decided to give this place a try since I've driven by so much. Ordered online thru Slice and had the food delivered thru their website. Didn't take as long as was stated. Nice delivery guy, too. For food, we tried the Mamma Mia pizza as pictured. We also got cheesy breadsticks and chicken tenders. The pizza had very fresh ingredients, which was nice. I wasn't a fan of the crust, which was on the sweet side for me. My brother loved it. So guess the difference of preference for sure. If you don't like sweet crusts, you won't be a fan. My brother said he'd love to order from here again. I wouldn't mind trying their other items. Price wise, I think it's fine for what you're getting.

Just wanted to drop a huge shout out that I happened to inquire if they had a speciality cheesy bread which they typically don’t carry so no biggie. However , when we picked up our order they gave us close to what I had inquired about for free, just because!! I can’t think of the last time a business did something so nice like this for us! I am so appreciative :) and their pizza is always the BEST!!!
I have always loved Knik pizza! This was the first time I have been disappointed. I ordered through their website at exactly 5:30 p.m. I received a confirmation email at 5:30 saying I’d receive my order (2 XL pizzas) at 6:20 p.m. I immediately received a text at 5:31 saying that my pizza wouldn’t be ready until 7:00 now.
I still hadn’t received my order at 7:15 so at 7:17 I called to see if I could get an order update. The lady on the phone was VERY, VERY polite and nice. She checked on my status and she said that my order was ready and they were just waiting on one of their delivery drivers to get back to bring me my order.
I called back at 7:31 to see if any of their drivers had made it back yet and the lady said that they hadn’t but that she would call to see where they were at. She put me on hold and checked on them. She said that they were 5 to 7 min out from the Kink pizza to pick up my order. Again, the lady on the phone was VERY polite and kind. I asked her if she new how long my order had been ready and if it was going to be cold when I got it. She said she’d check for me. When she got back on the phone she said the cook told her that it has been ready for only about 10 min. I asked her if she could call me when it was on the the way and she told me that she would do that.
I got a call from her at 7:48 saying that it was on the way. I received my order at 8:02.
When the driver got here, he was very polite, kind and apologetic.
I ordered an XL Cheeseburger pizza an an XL pickle pizza. When I opened the boxes I realized that the cheeseburger pizza was missing the onions, tomatoes and pickles. I called Knik back and talked to the same lady again. Again, very polite and kind! I let her know about the pizza, and after apologizing a ton, she gave me store credit for a free XL pizza. I thought that was fair and was happy with the resolution.
The pizza was very good and tasty like always, even the one that was missing all the veggies.
I took off 1 star for how long it took to get my order which was 2 hrs 32 min, and I took off 1 star for missing all the veggies on one pizza. I didn’t take off more than 2 stars because of the polite and kind customer service and the resolution to the mistake on the order.

I ordered a pizza at lunch. They said 30 minutes. My friend went there around 40 minutes and they said they made the pizza with wrong toppings. I understand it happens. She said they would remake it for free. Why would you wait until we showed up to remake it. Why did you ask for my number if you weren't going to use it if there was an issue. She said it would take 15 minutes for a new one but I had the order cancelled and my friend left. ?

I love this place the bread is a little sweet but it makes it all work together and if you love cheese on pizza this is the place to go they load it up to the max like a ton of it
