Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

The place was clean . I was greeted with a welcome to Krispy Kreme‘s from Destiny, she was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. Gave me just want I ordered.

Was terrible plus the service that morning 3-4 days ago was just awful. Plus I barely got one thing wrong in my doordash order and made it right and I got 1 star anyways. I’m just returning the favor in a more realistic way as how this service truly is Evan though we go through so much to make you happy as well. Also how they attacked my job I still trying to get it back thank you, maybe you should reconsider your job

Never been a fan of Krispy Kreme. The staff here is really friendly though. The donuts don't taste like old fryer oil so that's a plus.

Krispy kreme is supposed to be an experience bring the kids in see the doughnuts being made and going through the glaze waterfall followed by picking from an assortment and then eating the fresh warm glazed originals, a friendly employee greeting you with a smile and a free glazed doughnut while you wait in line. NOPE! None of it machine off doughnuts cold i counted the flavors in the case and 16 out of 32 were unavailable the manager was asked a question and was a jerk who was too busy to be bothered with such mundane tasks as helping a customer as we were clearly cutting into his busy schedule of sittjng in the corner of the lobby drinking coffee. Overall the experience was nothing like what i expect from krispy kreme and if i wanted cold doughnuts with no customer service and no variety i would grab a box from walmart.

I was in the drive through, and there was a car in front of me. It took a while for the person in front of me to get their one drink and their donuts (about 5minutes). I drive up and nobody comes up to the window another 5 minutes. I wanted to get some donuts before work, but I ended up just driving to work empty handed. I typically hate giving bad reviews because I want to give every business the benefit of the doubt. But ten minutes waiting time??? The store inside was empty, and I heard the employees talking while I was sitting waiting. I have had some poor customer service experience before, but this was by far the worst.

AMAZING customer service! The two girls there today were Nikita and Destiny and they were so nice and helpful. Donuts were yummy too!

I ordered doughnuts and a medium Coffee. I promise you, I will NEVER return! For supposedly making the doughnuts fresh, their was nothing fresh about the crusty doughnuts that I received! $7.21 for 2 doughnuts and a medium Coffee. I won't make that mistake twice!

I hardly ever stop here because of the high prices but how do u justify 7.96 for 3 scrawny dry donuts ??? I remember when Krispy Kreme was the the top of the donut list . Now u guys not only lack quality product but are pricing ur way out of business. SO DISAPPOINTING. ☹️ certainly isn’t what ur advertised pics show on what u r buying!

I simply love these Donuts, but I have to highlight the specific service in this store from the employee Marcy, who was extremely kind, polite and attentive. Very happy with the service.
