Benson location, Anchorage This place is frikkin adorable! Pull up and scan the QR code from afar to see the menu while you wait (which actually wasn’t long). Justice, our icecreamista was super cool and her customer service was top notch. 📣 Shout out to Justice for a wonderful experience. My husband and I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Swirl Soft Serve and a Banana Split. 🍦That soft serve was impeccable. It tasted like a cold, refreshing fresh pumpkin pie with whipped cream. The flavors were rich and familiar without any chemical and additives aftertaste. 10/10 for the Pumpkin Spice Swirl Cone. 🍌My husband DEVOURED his split before I could eat half my cone so I’m pretty sure he loved it. He had been asking where to get a Banana Split in town for a while and we just happened to stumble upon it! We didn’t try any coffee but we’ll definitely be back. ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ I think we paid about $17 for both items, worth every penny! Great drinks and service

Soooo I've had a lot of ice cream over the years. When I say that I got the best ice cream I have ever had in my life here, even I'm surprised to say it. But it's true.

We tried a few different flavors they had, but their gluten free cheesecake was hands down the best thing. I feel ashamed to say I ended up eating close to a pint of the stuff.

We'll definitely be back!

The staff were great the entire process of ordering and worked quickly to get our order out to us. The turkey pesto panini was delicious; the only thing I might suggest is to choose a softer bread as the bottom piece was a little hard in some places. With us not being local the staff let us start a punch card for our order to give to the person behind us which was so nice, thank y’all!

Parking: Parking is decent, just park on the side out of the way. There is also picnic tables to sit at on nice days.

Why is it so difficult to post your flavors? Your website has generic ice cream flavors, not guaranteed to be available at all locations. You don't list your flavor burst flavors at all. I understand flavors change regularly, but you know what takes 30 seconds to do? Post a picture of your daily availability on social media, and specify which location they're for. We waited patiently in line for over half an hour today looking forward to the POG soft serve and spiced apple flavors to be met with blank stare after blank stare by the server. Then we had to crane our neck and wait for the wind to change direction to see all of the available flavor burst flavors on the one sheet of paper pinned to the far side of the window. This isn't rocket science. You've probably had the same exact setup for 20 years, you could do more to make it easy for customers to see what's available before committing to a half hour wait of disappointment.
