My husband barely got home and he started throwing up and my sister -in-law started throwing up as well. I am placing this on review because people need to now how bad their food was.

We have gotten take out from Marcello's, which was delicious. This past time, we were able to dine in. The food was wonderful. I decided on a calzone, which could have been 2 meals if I wasn't so hungry. The bread of the calzone was fluffy, but the outside toasted perfectly. My husband tried the shrimp appetizer and thought it was great and loved the sauce and breadsticks that came with. We enjoyed our meal and had good service over all.

My wife and I went to grab some lunch here. When we first got there the place was completely empty other than 1 other customer. Which was a red flag right away but I figured I'd give the place the benefit of the doubt and we sat down. The service wasn't bad. But my wife ordered a chicken philly sub and I got a meatball sub. The meatball sub wasn't anything to write home about. However the chicken philly was terrible. In the first bite of the sandwich I had chicken bones. Ok I thought maybe this is just a one off, second bite another bone. At this point I decided to just take the sandwich apart and there's bones throughout the entire sandwich. Massive disappointed and huge no no. After mentioning this to the server she just apologized and took the dish. Didn't offer to exchange it. Didn't offer to comp it. And in the end I had to pay for a sandwich and fries I didn't even eat. Absolutely disappointed with this place.

I eat at the restaurant 3-4 times a year, and the staff were always pleasant and helpful and the food is usually pretty good in house.
I have however, ordered online for pickup twice now, and the product was not the quality I expected. Both times my food was incorrect, and the special instructions (which is a prompt on their online ordering) was not followed. This is especially irritating when I am also charged an additional service fee. There should not be a difference in quality between dining in house and or pick up.

I was craving a chicken parm sub and they were one of the only restaurants that offered it after 3pm. When I got home and opened my tray it was breaded chicken with cheese on bread. No sauce at all. I called them to question the lack of sauce and the woman very kindly offered to put me on a list for the next time to receive extra sauce. I declined because there won't be a next time. Apparently the bagger forgot to include the marinara as a condiment. So the chicken is not cooked with any sauce. Did not satisfy my craving at all.

The service was good but I was a little bit annoyed because they seated me with my husband right next to another couple. They were nice, but we were sitting too close together, too soon. When there aren't a lot of people and your table is right next to somebody else, you become too personal, too fast.
The food tasted like it came from Costco. Do they make their own ravioli? It tasted as if it had been previously frozen. Same with the lasagna. It tasted all right, but it didn't taste like it was made there.
In spite of tasting like Costco food, they have high prices.
I didn't think to take a picture but they still have the old piccolinos logos and each of the booths.
It probably won't be the last time that we go in but we're going to take at least a year before we go back. My husband got captain's platter and I had something from the pasta menu.

Last night we celebrated our 5th anniversary together here and it was very lovely! The past four years we’ve been sat in the same booth (not by choice either) I think it’s safe to say it’s our booth now! Food and service was great really loved the strawberry cheesecake!

Used to be very good food and mediocre service, both have gone steadily downhill. Sadly I've given them my business for the last time. On average they mess up my order every other visit, and I don't have specialty orders, just straight off the menu. Then I'm told I must have ordered wrong and it's my own fault. Because of this I only order take out, in person. I literally point to the items I want on the menu, they still manage to screw it up, and tell me I must have ordered something different. If the quality of food had stayed good, I would continue to put up with the terrible service, but unfortunately the food quality has come to match the service. Sorry to say, I would recommend the freezer isle at Walmart at this point

First time dining there. Service was excellent. Even helped me decide on a meal. Food was great. Seasoning was great not over bearing. Zucchini was the only thing we didn’t like. Too crunchy. Needs a lighter crust. We will definitely be back. First time was great.
