For fast food I don’t expect five stars, or 10/10. But this McDonald’s is usually pretty quick with orders and their staff is usually always pretty friendly. I ALWAYS use the McDonald’s app and they’re good with understanding the code and order as well. One thing I wasn’t happy with recently when they had the new special sauce I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and asked for a mix of them, they gave me 1 sauce. I have tried to use my mcDonald’s App several times to add a receipt after purchase but the receipt is not readable. I asked the manager and they ssid “low printer ink,” but here it is a week later and the same issue happens again. If you want customers to use your app, make it work. Have been cheated out of at least $90 in receipts/points!
