Big Mac Sauce! Picked up a nugget Happy Meal for my 3 yr old... turns out she doesn't like Big Mac Sauce. Instead of nuggets, in the nugget box she got Big Mac Sauce (see picture). Didn't realize it until we were long gone. Not going back, ever!

Got completely the wrong order. Had to drive all the way back to get the correct order. They took the food back that they had given me, that's disgusting, they'll probably reheat it and give it to someone else. Offered no kind of apology or anything for it at all. Just a nasty experience.

This place cleans the ice cream machines early and tells you they are broken when you want one. Not only that orders are never correct. If you go in to get it corrected they act like babies. The staff here don’t want to be here and it shows. I hate this location it sucks it’s the only one within reasonable driving distance. I’ll bet a homeless man would get my order right if he was being paid.

It was the Friday shift about 315pm. My kid has just had an awesome week at preschool and he heard Mcdonald's has Super Mario Kart kids meals. Its his favorite thing and an employee (dont know which one) put in some effort to make sure he got his toy. It was a Yoshi, his absolute favorite character. He sang songs he didnt know the words to about getting a Yoshi all the way home. Well done :)

Food is more expensive. Doesnt taste the way it use to. Doesn't taste fresh. And the worst part. The wait. I'm literally sitting in the drive through right now. Been sitting here for 1.5hrs waiting in drive thru. What is going on with the spot? The remodel and the extra drive through was supposed to help with the wait time. And get the customers through the line quicker. But its gotten slower. How is that possible. I use to love eating here. But now it's my last choice.

Dumbasses. Ordered a milkshake, was waiting by the window for like 5 minutes. And then they told me to pull forward to reserved drive through parking. Sat for 25 mins, still not shake. Then decided to call them, and they told me to wait like another 15-20 minutes, but no milkshake
This used to be a great location. Now? Nothing is ever filled completely, fries are usually cold, soggy and unsalted. Don't even think about asking for ketchup because they give you one per person. The little kids always have an attitude at the drive thru. I'm done spending my money here.

Never get hot food because you order it and wait in line 20 min. By the time you get it's cold because it sat there until you finally make it to the pick-up window and if you want extra anything you will be charged but most likely you won't get it.😡
