Unfortunately, there's only one person staffed making pizzas, what should have been an estimated 15 minute wait turned into over an hour of sitting in the car. It would have been nice to know that the estimated time wasn't even close to accurate.

Three employees with beards or facial hair were not wearing the hair restraints as required by the State of Alaska Food regulations. My pizza had very little cheese. Seems like they are skimping out on the cheese, mostly just bread.Parking: Maybe 6 open spots when I got there. But when its busy sometimes its difficult to find a spot since 3 restaurants share the parking lot.

A huge problem i faced is that a couple of times, the order has been wrong, or they take way longer than the time they said they would arrive. Not like 30 minute late, it ended up being 1 hour and a half, and once they arrived, they tried giving half eaten garlic bread. Other than that, this pizza is the bomb. It's easy to eat on a lactose intolerance stomach, and the cookie they have is delicious! I love their garlic knots. I 100% recommend them, and if you want popcorn chicken, get it. My family had a lot of fun for celebration and I've been here without a celebration for lime movie nights.

Our last order took nearly 2 hours to get delivered. Called the store and no one answersOnce we ordered not realizing it was 20 min before they closedSo we called the store no one answers & over 2 hours later we have already ordered dominos and it’s already been delivered and opened and plated and eating when papa John’s pulled in the driveway with cold pizzas saying he couldn’t find the place - my house is well lit, seen from the street and large numbers for the address.If you order - just go get it and trust that delivery may or may not be a hassle for you as well.

I just want give a shout out to Aiden S. He delivered my pizza the evening of 6/20 and his customer service was beyond amazing. He was so polite and he called before he left the store to check if I needed plates and napkins. He may just be a pizza delivery man but hes a rockstar. That is all.

I just want to say how much I appreciate Papa John's tonight with their professionalism and speedy delivery. I ordered pizza and forgot to change the address to my new address. I called to let them know and they were respectful and professional when I called. Then when I tracked my order and saw it was delivered I called to ask them about it. Once again, they were professional and said there was a problem during delivery and the 2nd person to take the delivery didn't get the address change. They said they would remake and send it to me as soon as possible. Papa John's did just that, they delivered everything within 20 minutes. Even though there was an error on both our ends, Papa John's had no problem fixing it. Thank you.
