Papa Murphy's is always my pizza for takeout. The crust has good consistency with it being crusty and not too thick. It always tastes fresh. I've tried the garlic monkey and cinnamon monkey bread. Both are worth getting. The salads have been fresh when ordered as well.

The pizza is the BEST! And now they have Cinnabon monkey bread, also very good. I love ordering ahead, online is nice also because you can set the pick up time.Dietary restrictions: Their gluten free pizzas are we good.

Horrible customer service. On multiple times I have been treated very rudely by the manager when minor issues have arisen with my orders. Today she refused to accept a valid Valpak coupon for $4 off which was frustrating, but final straw for me was the exceptionally rude attitude that was presented. My family spends around $400 annually at this store but now I plan on taking my business elsewhere in the future. As a business owner, I would recommend that management gets remedial customer service training before you lose additional customers.

I do not care for the customer service. I called to make a pick up order yesterday at 700pm and the girl that answered quickly jump to tell me they were closing soon at 800pm. I told her I was aware of the closing time and I would pick up my order as soon as possible. She then asked what I wanted, I started giving her my order and right in middle of finishing it she rudely interrupted me and ask to place me on hold. Without even having a chance to answer her she already placed me on hold, I was very shocked. I hung up and got food else where.

What pizza place closes at 8pm on a Friday??? I came in at 7:45 and could not order a pizza. Went next door to Papa John’s instead. Their pizza was just as good.

I love this pizza but people walking in to order shouldn’t be having to wait an HOUR for a pizza. I thought the point of this chain was take n bake. Walk in- walk out. It sucks fast food places have switched their priorities to drive thrus and online orders rather than taking care of people who still walk in.This was a Tuesday evening at 4pm.
