Husband ordered a Butterscotch mocha and was handed an English Toffee. Not an issue, they agreed to remake it. A couple of whispers to each other and sly downcast looks, he was handed an English Toffe with added Butterscotch syrup. 1pm, fathers day. Sad. We just called it good and left. That's lazy, just lazy.

Perkup has great drink specials and I really like that there’s an iced green tea option. The baristas are always really nice and help with flavor combo recommendations when you’re trying to decide on a drink. I also like their stuffed pretzels and cinnamon rolls.

I have never had a bad experience at any perk up but today I was looking forward to my coffee I asked for a snickers white mocha, I get all the way to work and it is super bitter no sweetness what so ever, very disappointing and not what I wanted :(
