My very favorite coffee spot! I have one close to my home and one on Fern that I treat myself at on my way home from church. When driving with my Grandson he said, "Grandma, there's an investigation of them!" (PerkUp Coffee Shops)

My hubby went here and got me my usual which he had them talk to me on the phone I asked for a white with Hawaiian caramel she asked if I wanted caramel drizzle I said as usual!! And she still put in the caramel drizzle which is overkill flavor wise!! This is the third time they've put in the the drizzle when I've told them not too!! I always give a good and to not get my coffee right is ridiculous!! I end up throwing them out way way to sweet!!!!!

I hate leaving a bad review, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I get coffee from this place they make my drink wrong! Maybe it’s the way I order it. “16oz Carmel hazelnut frappe 4shots, caramel drizzle NO whip.”Every SINGLE time I get NO drizzle and SO MUCH whip cream it’s coming out of the lid ! It’s honestly frustrating at this point. I go frequently enough that you’d think it wouldn’t be a CONSTANT mistake!! I understand it’s a minor mistake but I spend money to get the drink I ordered and usually tip 15-20% and never get what I ordered. I personally don’t like whip cream and it’s messier to drink without a flat lid ! DO BETTER. I’ve gotten the correct drink made probably twice ever at this location it’s RIDICULOUS!!!
I’m honestly kind of shocked. The girl who took my order (blonde girl) was nice. Then another girl came to ring me up and was incredibly rude. I made a comment to which she ignored, no smile, very unfriendly - but stood there talking very kindly to her co worker. When I said I didn’t need change back, she said “oh thank you…” but I will never come here again. I’ve never felt so unwelcome just going for a drink. Ugly attitude on the brunette girl. With as many locations this place has, it wouldn’t hurt to hire a little more selectively. I’m appalled at how such a small interaction came off so cold. Worst coffee shop experience I’ve ever had - and I’m a lifelong Alaskan.Seward Meridian location next to gas station.
