Perkup has great drink specials and I really like that there’s an iced green tea option. The baristas are always really nice and help with flavor combo recommendations when you’re trying to decide on a drink. I also like their stuffed pretzels and cinnamon rolls.

I have never had a bad experience at any perk up but today I was looking forward to my coffee I asked for a snickers white mocha, I get all the way to work and it is super bitter no sweetness what so ever, very disappointing and not what I wanted :(

I live close to this location so it’s convenient, but the last 2 times I went the same girl messed up my order both times. I went sometime last week in the morning and ordered a 16 ounce drink, she charged me wrong and gave me a 24 ounce drink but I didn’t have time so I didn’t say anything. I went in again on Sunday the 13th and the same girl took my order, I got 2 16 ounce drinks and she told me my total and started handing me a 24 ounce drink, I told her I ordered a 16 ounce and she just stared at me for 5 seconds like a had a third eyeball and she closed the window without saying anything and started remaking it. She hands me the new one with the new total and then proceeds to hand me my other drink that she also made as a 24 ounce. I already paid and they had a line so I left. But if you don’t remember the size a customer ordered just ask them again, I’m a barista myself and I promise the customer would rather be asked again instead of being charged for the wrong thing. I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve gotten recently, the drinks are always good though.

I enjoy the fact that they have numerous locations scattered around the Mat-Su area. The customers service is friendly and personable for the most part. A little on the spendy side if you frequent them. I love that they have a rewards system. I have been dissatisfied with my beverages a few times, due to not paying attention to detail about what I have ordered. Love the hours of operation and appreciate them for having late hours. It would be awesome if you had a * rating for beverages and an option to choose drive-thru and an option to choose beverages under the, “What did you get?” section.

Why is this perkup so Stingy with the whip cream on drinks more than once have been pissed off after getting my redbull smoothie and only getting half to a quarter of the whipped cream the other perkups serve will not go back to this one anymore tired of the b.s.of getting less than I'm paying for and the only reason it gets one star wouldn't let me post with no stars

Normally great service. Today I had asked the girl for whipped cream on all three. I noticed her putting lids on them so I said hey I wanted whip cream on all those. So she rolled her eyes at me slammed the window. Obviously put whipped cream on all of them. Then hands me them. And before I could even try and tip her she slammed the window and went right in the back... so she than kissed her tip good bye. Smh
