This location has slowly declined over the years. This year alone I have had multiple orders delivered where things were missing. Whole items left out of the order. The most recent I was missing a dessert and had enough of not recieving my items. Made call to the store and they said they would redeliver the missing item....it never came nor did they call or even attempt to make it right. I no longer order from them as a result of terrible management and training.
There is NO BUFFET here anymore! Do not listen to false claims on Facebook. People B.S. so much about the buffet is open. 🤣😂

We went in and sat down not realizing they don't have table service anymore. No one came out front to help us or tell us that they only take online or takeout orders ? We sat there for like 20 minutes and I even went up to counter and rang a bell!! There were workers in the back making orders I guess and they all ignored us. We won't be going back for a long time.

Overpriced pizza! Doesn’t taste like the Pizza Hut from the past. Changed recipes to dough and sauce. Spent 50$ on two pizzas and family of 7 couldn’t even finish one. Workers were nice though.

Pizza has gone downhill. Salty sauce, almost no cheese, crust takes like frozen store pizza. Prices have increased like crazy. Not worth it. Apparently owners changed some time back.

Ordered carry out and despite the order saying completed online, I had to wait 45 minutes in the store for it to be completed. Even after the wait, the food was not fresh or warm. I asked for some form of compensation and was laughed at.

I placed an order for my wife to pickup. When she arrived they said it should be ready in about 5 minutes. She did see a few boxes under the heating area that matched the description of our order but assumed it was probably for someone else. The place was nuts she said. A lot of people standing around waiting for food and the worker appeared to be impaired, very hyper and unable to stop moving. After 40 minutes of waiting my wife’s inquired again about our food. They said they didn’t have an order under that name. She said she was told 5 minutes, 40 minutes ago. After being assured they didn’t have an order, my wife’s inquired again asked about the order she originally saw under the heating lamp, behold! It was our order the whole time! She spoke with the manager whose response was, I don’t see the issue here. Sucks that it’s our only Pizza Hut in the area. We had to change our evening plans to accommodate for the lost hour.
