Since new ownership I was expecting either the same tasting pizza or the new owners menu from their past pizza thyme restaurant "ardvarks pizza thyme " but her menu was not available and the pizza was bland but the usual price which was fair and affordable...the service well I stood there as the only person in the room while the cashier chit chatted to the boys in the back I hate leaving a bad review when I know the owners can do so well together...but I wish I would have saved my money instead of crying to the wolf

Honestly been trying to not have negative things to say but they make it harder and harder each time…. For starters got a “specialty” pizza that was pretty sorry, too expensive and just didn’t taste great(sour/super zesty sauce)(doughy/not cooked enough)(weird toppings). Every time i order a pizza the quality just get worse and worse and they cook it less and less…. they give you weird energy after they watch you hit the no tip button and they don’t even cut the pizza all the way, huge decline in quality and they’ve certainly lost a regular customer.

Sadly disappointed ? have ordered pizzas there for years & was told when I called that it was under new ownership so I thought I would give it a try. A $37 pizza & it is completely flavorless, canned chicken on it, ordered it with bacon & can't taste any bacon. the dough was not completely cooked. 7 different ingredients on my pizza & no aroma or flavor makes me question the freshness of the ingredients....so into the garbage it goes! definitely miss good old Pizza King pizza. Much better prices & food with the old owner. Too bad!

We have been going to this local spot for 3 years now and we have loved it. This last visit was way different sadly! The pizza was more expensive and the whole recipe was different. It was not good in our opinion and it is super disappointing to lose our 1 local pizza place. ?

My husband didn’t believe me when I said I picked up Pizza King for dinner, every time before our pizza was over cooked/burned so we didn’t frequent with the old Pizza King. Our pizza was delicious and happy to have found a new pizza stop for us also happy to have Gina’s food back!

I couldn’t sit back in silence. My wife and I live in the neighborhood and have LOVED Pizza King as our local spot for 4 years. Was intrigued by the ownership change. Just had the Greek spinach pizza (one of our go-to’s) and the entire pizza is completely different. Said to my wife “What’s Greek about this?” Previous pizza had olives at least. Maybe there was feta on it? Couldn’t tell. Whole thing was flavorless.We’ve always raved about how good the crust was…and now? It’s like eating flavorless pie crust. Pizza dough is flour, salt, water, yeast and time. There’s no salt in this; at least, none that provides any sense of flavor. Someone thought they would get a “buttery” crust by including butter in the dough and what they got was a flaky pie crust. Great for Thanksgiving and streusel, not for mozzarella and red pepper flakes.A large, flavorless pizza and a salad for $50? Not even delivered? Not worth going back again. We’ll miss ya, Pizza King.

Recently visited this pizzeria post-change in ownership, and it was an absolute delight!We ordered the Hawaiian pizza, and it exceeded our expectations. The dough, made from high-quality Italian flour, was exceptionally good. The attention to detail in all the ingredients truly sets this place apart.Despite the handmade process taking around 25 minutes, the result was well worth the wait. The price point is reasonable, making it a fantastic choice for those mindful of their budget.This is, without a doubt, the best pizza we've had in quite some time. Looking forward to going back and highly recommend it to others

We had the jalapeño popper pizza and the Kings special. The ingredients were fresh, the crust amazing and the cheese was fantastic! The last time we had pizza this good was when they had the shop in Big Lake. Can’t wait to order again!

I have tried this pizza a few times, I try to give a place a second chance. This place was not on my recommendation list. Pizza was undercooked both times and the second time, the menu had dropped everything except pizza!!!!!!

Been going to Pizza King for three years, didn’t know about the ownership change! Not going back, the pizza is not the even one quarter of the quality! Bought the Mama Mia our usual and everything on it is different, sauce had zero flavor, the sausage tasted all wrong cheese quality was junk and yellow sweet peppers make it taste even worse, canned mushrooms are all wrong too.We won’t be back! Note to the new owners, it’s a good thing you decided to go cheap on your ingredients since you are losing so many of your loyal customers!If you’re looking for a good pizza skip this place!
