As if they needed more praise, but yes, they do! We all know their food is amazing, but today I messed up an order for my son, using the gift card we were given. I absolutely was in a rush and didn't even read the full details. They could have just told me and I would have paid the difference, but without a second thought they were so sweet and covered the difference without even telling me. Seriously, the best people there! Thank you!!!

I usually love Canes but lately the chicken is small, overcooked, and lacking flavor. Maybe change the oil, don't overcook (probably because they're smaller) and and some salt. Suggestion (maybe add different kind of options besides fries? Not everyone likes krinckle cut fries.

Food is good but they didn't bag the food and just gave the boxes. So by time I got home it was half cold and one of the boxes popped open and spill food out.

Friendly staff, clean place. Only minor complaint...seems silly to charge fifty cents for an extra sauce thing, especially with the price of meals as high as they are. Still, awesome food!

It is so pleasant here. Great music with cool history on the walls. Very clean, including restrooms. The fresh homemade lemonade was so appreciated. We will definitely be regulars here.They greeted us upon arrival. Lots of smiles from employees. Food was ready quickly & was fresh & hot.Vegetarian options: Not a huge selection, but there is fries, & cole slaw.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Benches are low to the groundWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I worked here 3 years ago during the pandemic lockdown. While it was a struggle, we made it work.Since I''ve been back to eat a few times, I've noticed that they don't salt the fries very well at all. The handbook clearly states to "salt well"... and they just sprinkle like 2 shakes instead of the 5 that are clearly needed since they cook in batches.The chicken is good. MSG works it's magic. The sauce is obviously the star of the menu or else this place would not exist.
