Just took a coworker here for burgers and fries and will not be returning. From the moment we walked in it was sensed that the fellow working really wasn't in the mood to be friendly or helpful. The restaraunt only accepts cash which seems odd considering the age we live in. The soda machine was broken. The entire place shares one bottle of ketchup, one mustard. The burgers were cooked very well done to the point of being completely dry, no juice at all. Upon leaving we were verbally called out for not bussing our table despite there being no visible signage stating that was an expectation. Basically this place had marginal food, service provided by one of the laziest employees I've seen in a while, and the atmosphere matched the general disregard for a good experience as listed above. RJWs: -you are going to have a hard time staying in business with all of the new establishments popping up who actually try to make their patrons experience a good one. So long.

Ordered a burger with nachos and friesThe nachos were just chips and cheese sauce. The burger was messy and they gave no napkins with it. Fries were dry and just not enjoyable.

Great food. The cook even served us bringing us our meals, he was very nice. Thank you R&WKid-friendliness: My kids liked the huge gumball machine.Parking: Lots of space.

Food tasted old, the fries tasted like rancid oil thats been left in the fryer too long. We spent $35 on two burgers (meals) and when the food came and we asked for a side of Mayo the worker was pretty rude that we had to pay for the side of Mayo. She ended up giving us the mayo when my wife pointed out we had given them a $6 tip already. The chairs are stained terribly, and you have a choice between a white folding table and an old wood table that your clothes stick too when you put your arm on it. No soda fountain so you have your choice of a can of soda (which isn't a big deal but seems strange). Ill be honest, we've eaten at RWs in both Palmer and Wasilla for years. Its not the same, what use to be a solid local burger joint that had its roots in a local Alaskan business, is not poor tasting, run down and dirty. My wife and I promised each other when we left we would never go to RWs again. Its a sad day.

Initially the lady at the register was friendly. We got our to go order and went back to the car. We looked through the bags and realized that one of our burgers had been made incorrectly. I immediately walked back inside and explained that the burger was supposed to be plain. It had mayo, onion, lettuce, and tomato on it. The same lady pulled out the hand written order she had taken over the phone from me. She'd written one of the orders incorrectly. She was trying to tell me what I'd ordered. I wasn't going to argue . I just asked they please make it right. At first they were just going to scrape everything off the meat and put it on a different bun. REALLY? Then the cook very rudely said, it would have to be remade because it was covered in mayonnaise. He then told me that it wasn't their fault and the "mistake was on me" so if I wanted it remade, I would have to buy another burger. I was so shocked at her argumentativeness and his rude snapback, that I took the wrongly made burger and walked out. Mistakes happen. I get it. I'm a reasonable person. I'll never go back into this place again after being treated so poorly. Side note : the food was okay, certainly not worth $40 for three burger and fry combos. I can't believe I gave her a five dollar tip then was treated so rudely within three minutes of receiving our food. Save your money. Skip this location RW's.

Wanted to eat somewhere that is not from our hometown. So decided on this place.I wanted to leave before we ordered because the guy taking order did not make us feel welcome. The hamburger was decent. But, I will not go there again.
